So close! For anyone wondering, my secret prediction was 7 hours. The solve: kzbin.info/www/bejne/eaCklnavZrdph9E I took about 1 hour for the 13x13, and the 21x21 has about 3x as many pieces while I turn 2x as slow. So that calculates to 6 hours total. I added a bit more time since counting pieces would probably be harder (but my super big brain strategy made that less of a problem).

The mini cube is like the opposite of a big cube. The outer pieces on big cubes are usually bigger so that they can stay attached and be held up by the other pieces.
