Start/Day 0: 168lbs Day 1: 166lbs | I took a massive shit Day 2: 164lbs | losing weight kind of fast it's concerning, i just started my period so i'm glad this workout is mostly just laying down Day 3: 164lbs | overate the previous day but still at the same weight Day 4: 164lbs | woke up w a fever and forgot to measure before eating but i weighed myself after eating lunch and i'm still at the same weight ! Day 5: 161lbs | I was too sick to eat last night it's currently lunch and I still haven't eaten anything Day 6: 161lbs | I feel like I overate yesterday but honestly what i ate was MUCH smaller compared to how much I can usually take- i feel full really quickly now and idk if that's supposed to happen Day 7: 161lbs | late update but i weighed myself earlier. I ate too much last night and today cuz of family gatherings Day 8: 160lbs | broke down and cried a lot so maybe the water loss helped with it Day 9: 160lbs | very itchy throat rn Day 10: 161lbs | I forgot to do it yesterday cuz I was busy Results: 168lbs -> 161lbs (-7lbs / -3.2kg) This exercise is very effective so i'll continue to do it daily!!

that’s a very large amount of weight in a small time, though it can be water weight please be careful! just saying as a fellow person whos trying to lose weight ☺️ ah also, please don’t do too much to your body (working out too hard etc..) suddenly, it does a lot more worse than good most of the time ♥️💕

Do u as well lose fat?? Or jz ur weight cz smh my body doesn’t show much difference but my weight does and it doesn’t make me lose weight permanently only for temporarily like example when i stop doin diets and workouts i will gain lots of weight and lead to my last weight
Work really well. Start was 45.9kg and 3 days later im at 43.2kg.

@@luna._g you need to follow a diet. Don’t restrict anything, just eat less calories than what you actually eat. It’s a calorie deficit, that’s what helps you lose weight

These exercises really work! I just did this exercise twice yesterday (once in afternoon and once just before bed). And I pooped this morning, checked my weight, and I literally gasped to find out that I’ve lost 1kg! No kidding guys. My tummy was also a LOT less bloated than it was for the past few months. Also, I’ve been eating healthy for over a week now (eating mostly Whole Foods; veggies and fruits, with more protein and a low carb diet), so I’m sure this would help too. Also, I do not do my regular exercise everyday and I’m struggling to keep up.

To all of you who have bloating issues, I strongly recommend! I have been doing it daily for a while now and I must say, it most definitely has helped a lot. My bloating was persistent; but after following this video over the past few days, my belly has become significantly smaller and flatter, without the bloat! Tysm hikari for this video! Now I don't need to see a doctor anymore~~ :)

Day-1:Did this right after an ab excercise and i was 49.1kg 😭 Day-2: Did the same thing as yesterday and im still 49.1kg but i get 2 bowel movements but one is natural and this excercise helps to get one more bowel movement pls remind me i will upload my progress i swear!! GUYS COMMENT SO I GET REMINDED LIKES WONT REMIND ME!! btw i cant do this for a whole week cuz of my relatives
This workout is AMAZING. it helps for all of these peoblems listed (i can confirm all of them!): -period cramps - constipation -bloating -simple stomach aches -nausea -bloating after overeating It even helps for weight loss, heat strokes and head aches! Doing this workout at least once a week has definitely helped my metabolism and overall health. Thank u for making this workout!

Это какое то волшебство! Я сделала это один раз перед сном и один раз когда проснулась. В этот же день я сходила в туалет, хотя до этого не была там около недели! Также я стараюсь каждый день перед сном пить кефир, это должно быть тоже помогло. Хочу сказать, что я почувствовала реакцию организма как только начала делать упражнения. Уже на втором упражнении внутри что то заурчало. Спасибо большое за видео!❤😊
