In this two years I’ve been reading a lot about the best diet i can do and I think losing 0.5 to 1kg in a week is good so don’t push your self so hard or you will get bored and stop caring about your weight and you will regret it in the next few days. Listen guys, I know there are many comments saying to not try this... sadly they are very correct...I'm saying this as an ED survivor (I suffered from anorexia for almost a whole year) that trying this kind of extreme diets can be very harmful, they'll go more damage than good...if you want to loose weight, I recommend working out, I know it seems hard at first but it will get easier as you progress... If you do these kinda of diets for a long term you can experience: Low haemoglobin levels Insomnia Fainting due to weakness Depression and stress And eventually an eating disorder that may even take your life.. These types of videos can be very triggering for people with ed, eating disorders are a mental illness and for patients weightloss becomes a competition, if they see a person eating less, they'll eat lesser... Unfortunately I can't really ask people to not post videos like this because KZbin is a free platform.. But I ask the viewers not to spread it promote this. Remember, weight doesn't define your worth, If you want to become healthy, take healthy measures... Edit: back here after 3 years, this got a lot of attention I'm glad people took time reading my comment. I'm completely free from my ed, have started calisthenics and am overall very healthy. I really hope that whoever reads this will ditch all thoughts of deiting and will work harder towards being healthy. Trust me guys, once you start working out you will see results. Join your local gym, or do home workouts. Go for runs (this is the best cardio), and focus on building muscle along with weight loss. If you replace fat with muscle, your body burns way more calories. As you progress, exercising will get easier and more enjoyable. Eat healthier, but getting yourself a snack shouldn't make you feel guilty.

I'm a 30 yo female, my height is 1,63 cm and my starting weight was 72 kg. In December I did this diet for 2 weeks and I lost a total of 6 kg. Now I do it for 10 days each month, completing already my third time this year and I'm now in 60 kg. My goal weight is 53 kg. I must to say that this diet has been a great inspiration and motivation. I have not had the yo-yo effect. When I'm dieting, I add a chicken breast for lunch because personally, starving, fasting or other practices make my weight stuck. Everybody's body is different but starving is definetely not an option to loose weitght. Explore and discover what is best for you.

Going trough some diet definetely helps you to losse inches from your whole body, however, belly fat is specially hard to loose and actually is the last thing that you loose. For that you need go trought cardio and lifting weight workouts. And of course, change the whole diet, because when I started to workout, my apetite increased tremendously.

I'm starting this diet today! Srarting weight: 60.0 kg (about 133-135 lbs I think) Day 1: ✅ It wasn't that hard today, the most difficult task was to drink two liters of water (I usually drink really little), but I did it! I'm proud of myself. Day 2: ✅ The second day is almost over (or at least that's what I'd like to believe), so I'm updating. Today was more challenging. I almost quit, but all the likes I got for that comment kept me motiveted. I really hope I will last for the whole week. Day 3: ✅ Yay, the third day is over! Today was fine most of the time, because I didn't have much free time. The worst moment was when my whole family was eating a cake (it was my dad's birthday today) and I was just sitting there drinking water... But I got through it! Day 4: ✅ It was, well, good. I went out with my friends. They ate, but I stayed strong and didn't eat. Three days left! Day 5: ✅ Today was pretty tough. I went out with my friends (again) and we went to Mc Donalds and I wasn't eating anything again. Yay! Day 6: ✅ As I expected, today was hard (mainly because it was Saturady, so I didn't have much to do). I just tried to kill time by watching waaaaay too many stupid videos on KZbin. I did it though! Tomorrow's the last day! Day 7: ✅ It was hard, but what kept me going was the thought that it's the last day. I'm sooo glad that I'm finishing it. It would be nice if somebody liked that comment to motivate me, because I know it's gonna be hard! End weight: 55,6 kg. The results are amazing. I have to say that. I also feel a lot better about my body now. But remember not to do it for more than a week, because it can cause a malnutrition. I am so glad that it's over. It was really hard. And maybe, just maybe, I'll come back someday to do a second week of this diet. Also, if you have any questions about how I did this diet, feel free to ask in the replies! And thank you for your support! Edit: Okay, since some people wanted to know if I gained the weight back. Well, my current weight is 56,1 kg so I gained exactly 0,5 kg. I don't think I'm going to gain more. I gained it mostly in the first two days. I tried to eat lightly and slowly more and more. Hope it helped!

50kg is a pretty underweight for someone who is 167cm (BMI of 17.9, anything under 18.5 is underweight. You're not currently overweight with a BMI of 22, that's a nice weight for someone 167cm, but if you're unhappy you can lose weight and be fine, just not too much). Being underweight can lead to health problems, such as osteoporosis (osteoporosis simply put is weak and easily breakable bones because of a lack of bone mass, this is not curable), anemia (a blood condition where your body doesn't have enough red blood cells, this can be life-threatening), increased risk of complications after surgery, infertility, a weakened immune system and more. Underweight people often feel tired because they aren't eating enough calories (this varies from person to person, 1200kcal isn't starvation for everyone and some people will become overweight/obese if they ate the generally recommend 2000kcal, in rarer cases they can become underweight eating 2000kcal, like if they're very tall or exercise considerably more than the average active person), and not to mention being underweight can also shorten your lifespan. A far healthier weight/goal for someone of 167cm is 54kg (BMI 19). A healthy amount of weight to lose in one week is 0.5kg-1kg, so _at least_ this loss should take you 2 months, but _it could easily take more_ than that. Stay safe, stay healthy. (In lbs/ft 167cm = 5'5, 60.9kg = 134lbs, 50kg = 110lbs, 54kg = 120lbs, 0.5kg/1kg = 1-2lbs)

@@blink-me2ch at 168cm and 75kg you have a BMI of 26, which is overweight. Being overweight has health risks, like increased risk for a heart attack, diabetes, hypertension and more. A healthy weight for (I'm assuming your a woman here) of 168cm is roughly between 53-70kg. If I were 168cm my goal weight would be 59kg, which is a healthy BMI of 20.9. The only way to lose weight is with a calorie deficit, so I'd recommend starting a completely honest food log, then once you have a good idea of your typical calorie consumption create a small and easy calorie deficit by reducing your daily calorie intake by 200kcal. (168cm = 5'6, 75kg = 165lb, 59kg = 130lb.) Edit to correct some things.

I'll do it in Ramadan 🔥 Start: 62.5 kg Height: 170 cm Goal: 56 kg Day 1✅: it was easy Day 2 ✅: it was super hard and I became only 62.1 idk why Day 3 ✅: 62.4 really guys idk why my weight become more although I am playing exercise in every day for hour, I really so upset 😢 Day 4 ✅: I felt very tired and dizzy so I ate more than required Day 5 ✅: That's amazing now I'm 61.6 really I'm so happy 😍 Day 6 ✅: I hope tomorrow I'll be 60 Day 7 ✅: my weight being 61.2 Day 8 ✅: I became 60🔥 Day 9 ✅: 58.9🔥🔥 Day 10 ✅:58 The result is not very satisfactory, but I am proud that I completed the challenge💗 Plz click like to remember💗🔥

Be careful ok? I know it’s exciting seeing the numbers go down but it becomes addictive and tiresome. When the 2 weeks is up ease back into a “healthy diet” it doesn’t have to be lettuce and air. You can eat practically whatever you want as long as it’s under the amount of calories you burn in a day. For me 1,200 calories is perfect as I’m overweight but anything lower than this will cause hair loss, nausea and even an ED. Good luck and stay safe!

Day 1: 61.2 kg Day 2: 59.4 kg Day 3: 58 kg Day 4: 57.1 kg felt like I was losing motivation because I was dreading eating the tomato again, so since the tomato was about 30 calories, I switched it for 30 calories of green beans instead. Now I feel like I can finish the week! ☺️ Day 5: 56.6 kg I could barely hang on today, starting to feel like a wilted flower 🥀 Decided to eat extra healthy calories. Veggie burger, peanut butter, and salmon packet 👌 ate about 700 calories total today Day 6: Wow I did not realize how much will power it takes to finish this! I feel proud because I lost a total of 5 kgs this week, but I did not last until day 7… I will try again starting tomorrow ✌️ Day 7:

lady, be careful okay? these diets end up making you feel like crap if you eat a little more than normal and this ends up in an eating disorder... I speak from experience. the best and you balance and exercise. Trust me

I stopped the progress and didn't check notifications lol. I exercised a little bit, skipped some days and the days I skipped workouts I just went on a 30 minute walk instead! I was able to keep most of the weight off.

Starting this diet today! Start: 72.5kg Height: 5’6 (168cm) Goal:55kg Day 1: ✔️ 71.8kg - it wasn’t so hard the water mostly kept me full and I am excited to see the end result! Day2:✔️ 71.4kg - I am feelinng sooooo hungryyy! Though I am excited for the end guys! Day3: ✔️ 70.8kg - I feel like my results are coming slower compared to other people but I won’t stop! So I have pretty much stopped doing this diet for a while and lost motivation. However I am back and will try again today I will try not to lose any motivation. Weighing yourself every day can be a bad habit Change isn't always instant I try to weigh myself either weekly or biweekly so I'm not obsessing over numbers too much Plus with my ED past, trust I want to weigh myself every day, it's just not good for my mental state to do so and potentially could whittle away at yours.

For those who want something appetizing for dinner: Half cauliflower cut into small pieces Boil untill cooked Fry with ghee or mustard oil add salt and pepper to taste Boil two eggs and sprinkle a homemade spice 1teaspoon red chillie powder and salt Also for fast benefits drink green tea, apple cider vinegar and bullet coffee

start: 68kg (170cm) goal: 55kg day 1: 68kg day 2: 67.40kg day 3: 67.05kg day 4: 66.60kg day 5: 66.10kg (slowly😡) day 6: 66.10kg (why still stand still? really really so sad 😭, i will not add bananas in the evening to see if the weight is down!) day 7: 65.80kg (i think maybe i went on the wrong menu and tried to add bananas to my meals so my weight loss was slow, i shouldn't have done that in the first place ㅠㅠㅠ) day 8 (last day) : 64.50kg (-3,5kg) i cheat meal only day! i ate bananas for breakfast, around 8 to 9 am i ate a bowl of vermicelli, at 11 o'clock at noon i ate a packet of egg noodles because today i have activities at school. in the everning i drank a glass of milk tea, and then i didn't eat anything. i did 1000 calorie hit exercises at night, i still not performing well, but it is okay to practice. and tomorrow morning i start my next diet! 1 week earlier i have lost 2kg, total after incorporating this weight loss regime i have lost 5.5~6kg. i very happy, and i will continue to lose as i reach my desired weight^^ i still hope the weight stays the same, i’m afraid the cheat meal will increase again! day 9: 65.80kg (oh my goodness, i can't believe it, gained 1kg... i’m crazy to have to cheat day😭, i’m going to eat seriously today, and don't cheat anything until i reach my desired weight!) day 10: 65.30kg day 11: 65.30kg - I’m comeback again! . Hope lost 8-10kg i change the menu a little bit, and in my meal, i change the nut milk to fresh milk without sugar, and i still exercise every day, short or long time, light or heavy regime still depends on me. like to remember me, i’ll update everyday!

@@montresoruru actually I've lost like 8kg and it was thanks to intuitive eating, onestly it works and you don't have to slower your metabolism or starve (cos whenever i would be starving i would be so weak and dizzy) and also i did at least 30minutes of working out ,

started: 10.05.21 start: 52,8 kg (156 cm) goal: 44 kg Day 1: 52,8 kg Day 2: 52,0 kg Day 3: 51,7 kg Day 4: 51,3 kg (I don’t have bananas anymore 😃 so I am just gonna drink milk) Day 5: 51,2 kg (I added in the morning a little bit of sweet potato because I had headache and today I skipped dinner, I ate a salad for Lunch instead) Day 6: 50,9 kg (I‘m so proud of me, my family ate for dinner chicken nuggets (I loveeee them) and I didn’t eat a single one ☝🏻) Day 7: 50,9 kg (it’s actually not what I have expected but it’s probably my fault because I had little snacks and didn’t drink enough)(I ate fast food 🤡 so I am not gonna lose weight today) I lost 1,9 kg

I’ll start tomorrow Weight: 58 kilos Day 1: sooo it’s 11 and I’m eating my banana right now, I just wanted to edit this so you guys know I’m actually doing this :) I’ll check in later tonight, hiii so today wasn’t that hard hehe (lie) I actually had to see my family eat pizza but I did it!!! Sooo yeah :( Day 2: I eat breakfast and everything went well I also eat dinner not gonna lie it was kind of hard, I ended up eating some penut butter :( Ok so I never continued this sorry but I’ve been starving myself for 1 month and now I’m 50 kg (Please like so I remember)

Height: 168cm Start: 60kg Day 1 :60kg Day 2: 59,2kg Day 3: 58,8kg Day 4: 58,5kg it goes more slowly than other people’s result, maybe I don’t have so much water Day 5: 58,3kg Day 6: 57,9kg Day 7: 57,6kg Dday: 57,4kg I exercise everyday morning, so after that additionally I drink whey. Breakfast I try to eat as late as possible, usually 12-1pm and dinner 4pm, so it's quite similar to Intermittent Fasting.

I'm currently doing this diet. Cus I have gained 10kg during this pandemic and I don't fit most my pants anymore;-; Starting weight: 54.8 Goal weight: 49 Day 1: ✅ it was kinda easy cus I was kinda busy on day 1. Day 2: ✅ I woke up with 53.8kg. AND TODAY IS REALLY HARD CUS I HAVE NOTHING TO DO. NGL I KINDA CHEATED A LIL. BUT I PROMISE TOMORROW I WILL DO BETTER and I will update again tomorrow. Day 3: ✅ 53.1kg - I wasn't as hungry as before. I just had dinner and I don't know why I'm suddenly not feeling well, like I wanna throw up but not really... it's hard to explain. As I'm writing this rn, my mouth is so watery like I'm about to throw up or smth. Day 4: ✅ 52.6kg Day 5: ✅ 52.3kg Day 6: ✅ Day 7: ✅ If this comment gets 100 likes, I will do more update😁

Notice some changes on my thighs and stomach) Day 8(05/09):47.7kg(ate pineapple instead of tomato) Day 9(05/10):47.9kg (🤷🏻♀️, ok! 2 days left. Hi just wanted to give an update. This works. I lost about 10lbs in 7 days but I got a horrible rash on my face, chest and entire back. Not sure if it was diet related but I also worked out during this 7 day period. I was about 129 and I made it down to 119
