I’m starting this diet today !!! ♡ Height: 162cm (5’3’) ♡ Start weight: 55.1kg (121 lb) ♡ Goal weight: 49kg (108 lb) ~ Day 1: 55.1kg (I thought it would be harder to resist mom's food haha, I made an effort and drank half a cup of almond milk even though I don't like it very much 💪🏻) also, i did 15 min of yoga and 4 min abs workout. I'm starting this diet today! Srarting weight: 60.0 kg (about 133-135 lbs I think) Day 1: ✅ It wasn't that hard today, the most difficult task was to drink two liters of water (I usually drink really little), but I did it! I'm proud of myself. Day 2: ✅ The second day is almost over (or at least that's what I'd like to believe), so I'm updating. Today was more challenging. I almost quit, but all the likes I got for that comment kept me motiveted. I really hope I will last for the whole week. Day 3: ✅ Yay, the third day is over! Today was fine most of the time, because I didn't have much free time. The worst moment was when my whole family was eating a cake (it was my dad's birthday today) and I was just sitting there drinking water... But I got through it! Day 4: ✅ It was, well, good. I went out with my friends. They ate, but I stayed strong and didn't eat. Three days left! Day 5: ✅ Today was pretty tough. I went out with my friends (again) and we went to Mc Donalds and I wasn't eating anything again. Yay! Day 6: ✅ As I expected, today was hard (mainly because it was Saturady, so I didn't have much to do). I just tried to kill time by watching waaaaay too many stupid videos on KZbin. I did it though! Tomorrow's the last day! Day 7: ✅ It was hard, but what kept me going was the thought that it's the last day. I'm sooo glad that I'm finishing it. It would be nice if somebody liked that comment to motivate me, because I know it's gonna be hard! End weight: 55,6 kg. The results are amazing. I have to say that. I also feel a lot better about my body now. But remember not to do it for more than a week, because it can cause a malnutrition. I am so glad that it's over. It was really hard. And maybe, just maybe, I'll come back someday to do a second week of this diet. Also, if you have any questions about how I did this diet, feel free to ask in the replies! And thank you for your support! Edit: Okay, since some people wanted to know if I gained the weight back. Well, my current weight is 56,1 kg so I gained exactly 0,5 kg. I don't think I'm going to gain more. I gained it mostly in the first two days. I tried to eat lightly and slowly more and more. Hope it helped!

Listen guys, I know there are many comments saying to not try this... sadly they are very correct...I'm saying this as an ED survivor (I suffered from anorexia for almost a whole year) that trying this kind of extreme diets can be very harmful, they'll go more damage than good...if you want to loose weight, I recommend working out, I know it seems hard at first but it will get easier as you progress... If you do these kinda of diets for a long term you can experience: Low haemoglobin levels Insomnia Fainting due to weakness Depression and stress And eventually an eating disorder that may even take your life.. These types of videos can be very triggering for people with ed, eating disorders are a mental illness and for patients weightloss becomes a competition, if they see a person eating less, they'll eat lesser... Unfortunately I can't really ask people to not post videos like this because KZbin is a free platform.. But I ask the viewers not to spread it promote this. Remember, weight doesn't define your worth, If you want to become healthy, take healthy measures... Edit: back here after 3 years, this got a lot of attention I'm glad people took time reading my comment. I'm completely free from my ed, have started calisthenics and am overall very healthy. I really hope that whoever reads this will ditch all thoughts of deiting and will work harder towards being healthy. Trust me guys, once you start working out you will see results. Join your local gym, or do home workouts. Go for runs (this is the best cardio), and focus on building muscle along with weight loss. If you replace fat with muscle, your body burns way more calories. As you progress, exercising will get easier and more enjoyable. Eat healthier, but getting yourself a snack shouldn't make you feel guilty.

I'm a 30 yo female, my height is 1,63 cm and my starting weight was 72 kg. In December I did this diet for 2 weeks and I lost a total of 6 kg. Now I do it for 10 days each month, completing already my third time this year and I'm now in 60 kg. My goal weight is 53 kg. I must to say that this diet has been a great inspiration and motivation. I have not had the yo-yo effect. When I'm dieting, I add a chicken breast for lunch because personally, starving, fasting or other practices make my weight stuck. Everybody's body is different but starving is definetely not an option to loose weitght. Explore and discover what is best for you.

Going trough some diet definetely helps you to losse inches from your whole body, however, belly fat is specially hard to loose and actually is the last thing that you loose. For that you need go trought cardio and lifting weight workouts. And of course, change the whole diet, because when I started to workout, my apetite increased tremendously.

In this two years I’ve been reading a lot about the best diet i can do and I think losing 0.5 to 1kg in a week is good so don’t push your self so hard or you will get bored and stop caring about your weight and you will regret it in the next few days. Now I feel like I can finish the week! ☺️ Day 5: 56.6 kg I could barely hang on today, starting to feel like a wilted flower 🥀 Decided to eat extra healthy calories. Veggie burger, peanut butter, and salmon packet 👌 ate about 700 calories total today Day 6: Wow I did not realize how much will power it takes to finish this! 50kg is a pretty underweight for someone who is 167cm (BMI of 17.9, anything under 18.5 is underweight. You're not currently overweight with a BMI of 22, that's a nice weight for someone 167cm, but if you're unhappy you can lose weight and be fine, just not too much). Being underweight can lead to health problems, such as osteoporosis (osteoporosis simply put is weak and easily breakable bones because of a lack of bone mass, this is not curable), anemia (a blood condition where your body doesn't have enough red blood cells, this can be life-threatening), increased risk of complications after surgery, infertility, a weakened immune system and more. Underweight people often feel tired because they aren't eating enough calories (this varies from person to person, 1200kcal isn't starvation for everyone and some people will become overweight/obese if they ate the generally recommend 2000kcal, in rarer cases they can become underweight eating 2000kcal, like if they're very tall or exercise considerably more than the average active person), and not to mention being underweight can also shorten your lifespan. A far healthier weight/goal for someone of 167cm is 54kg (BMI 19). A healthy amount of weight to lose in one week is 0.5kg-1kg, so _at least_ this loss should take you 2 months, but _it could easily take more_ than that. Stay safe, stay healthy. (In lbs/ft 167cm = 5'5, 60.9kg = 134lbs, 50kg = 110lbs, 54kg = 120lbs, 0.5kg/1kg = 1-2lbs)

@@blink-me2ch at 168cm and 75kg you have a BMI of 26, which is overweight. Being overweight has health risks, like increased risk for a heart attack, diabetes, hypertension and more. A healthy weight for (I'm assuming your a woman here) of 168cm is roughly between 53-70kg. If I were 168cm my goal weight would be 59kg, which is a healthy BMI of 20.9. The only way to lose weight is with a calorie deficit, so I'd recommend starting a completely honest food log, then once you have a good idea of your typical calorie consumption create a small and easy calorie deficit by reducing your daily calorie intake by 200kcal. (168cm = 5'6, 75kg = 165lb, 59kg = 130lb.) Edit to correct some things.

Hi just wanted to give an update. This works. I lost about 10lbs in 7 days but I got a horrible rash on my face, chest and entire back. Not sure if it was diet related but I also worked out during this 7 day period. I was about 129 and I made it down to 119

you should season the tomato and eggs, it doesn't add any calories and it's tastier. i usually sprinkle some salt and cumin on the eggs and i cut the tomato in smaller bites in another plate and add a lil salt and white vinegar since it's really low in calories. it makes dieting SO MUCH easier🤗

I had a playlist saved with dozens of videos just like this one. I was so bent on looking like someone i wasn't, and eating in a way that isnt sustainable. For everyobe watching this video, please remember that when you eat less your body starts slowing ur metabolism down making it easier to gain weight in the long run! It will work for now, but i recommend intermittent fasting with a balanced diet of 1800-2000 calories. Please do not starve yourself ♥

Start: 64.8kgs 🙈 Goal: 59.8kgs ✨ Day 1: 64.8kgs Day 2: 64.3kgs Day 3: 63.6kgs Day 4: 63.2kgs Day 5: 62.9kgs Day 6: 62.3kgs Day 7: 62.9kgs (I ended the diet on day 6 and had an actual dinner so gained instead of lost. I ended it because I really wasn’t feeling well and also my PMS. So I had a really nauseating migraine and stomach cramps. I lasted until dinner. I didn’t binge but ate normally for the night. It was obviously a shock to my body which resulted in water retention from additional carbohydrates as well as my period.) I am proud I lasted this long or even got passed day 1! :) Reason I did this: - Discipline/Habit - More than weight loss, I wanted to be disciplined and not rely on food every time I’m bored, procrastinated, or ate it because it was just there. It forced me to form better coping mechanisms like being productive, taking a nap when I felt tired instead of eating sugar. Doing this helped me also grow in confidence to know what I’m capable of. That I am able to feel the pain and discomfort and grow and overcome. - Benefits - Grew confident in my ability, my thinner body, and relearning hunger cues. My stomach also shrank in size which is helpful for maintaining weight loss. I get full easier and don’t feel like eating like I used to. It forces me to be productive instead of using food as entertainment. Tips: -DO NOT EXERCISE while doing this. It’s already 400 calories a day. Your blood sugar is low and so is your electrolytes. By exercising you may faint or feel really shaky. Especially if your body is already used to eating a lot of food. It will be a shock. Your body is already under stress due to the drastic drop in calories, by exercising you will increase inflammation which will mean your body will retain more water weight so in the end the scale will go up or stay still. Only exercise if you’re eating a normal healthy diet!!! - Do not do this if you’re on your period or PMS. Your body’s hormones are already imbalanced, this will cause more problems. - DRINK WATER!!! It will help you feel full. Also the reason why you feel dizzy is because food has a small amount of water content. By eating less food you’re intaking less water. Which is where you start feeling dizzy. Drink more water. - STAY BUSY! Don’t just watch videos but also be productive. Do a project you like to keep your mind off the hunger and tiredness like drawing. Day 4 and 5 was the easiest for me because I was really busy those days in meetings that it went by so fast I forgot about my diet! Day 6 was hard because I just watched KZbin videos and wasn’t productive so my mind kept drifting off to my discomfort and hunger. - REST!! If you feel dizzy or tired. Lay down or take a nap for a few minutes. You will feel recharged! - EXTRA: I didn’t do this, but I’m sure you can have unsweetened tea, americano, and sparkling water if you feel like filling up. Remember drink more water if you intake caffeine. - AFTER DIET: Don’t binge after the diet. Remind yourself food will be there, it won’t run away. You can eat what you want IN SMALL PORTION. If you eat too much your stomach will cramp, it will be a shock to your body and you will feel puffy due to the excess food leading to water retention and increase and scale which will demoralize you and cause the temptation to go all out binge. After the diet eat small portion, 2 meals a day and slowly increase. Remember this diet was 400 calories a day... don’t jump to 2,000 or you’ll get sick. “Refeeding syndrome” is dangerous. Read more on it. Conclusion: What I will do now is what she did which was eat what I want but in small portion, 2 meals a day, and low-calorie/high volume food as well as food substitutes on dairy and gluten. I’ll eat about 800-1,000 calories because I know this works best for MY body because I’m short and inactive. Listen to what works FOR YOU. I’ll continue to lose weight in a slower way but still use the rules I made for myself above. So far I only gained 1.4lbs after the diet but this was also due to my period so it’s mostly water retention. I will continue to weigh myself and adjust food to make sure it doesn’t go up. Remember every BODY is different, listen to what works for you!!! Thanks for the likes and support!

If you lose weight that fast you will quickly regain that weight so easily.REMEMBER it's essential to eat healthier and do work out and you're gonna have results for real (Just copied this comment from someone and I think all she /he says is FACTS)

Be careful ok? I know it’s exciting seeing the numbers go down but it becomes addictive and tiresome. When the 2 weeks is up ease back into a “healthy diet” it doesn’t have to be lettuce and air. You can eat practically whatever you want as long as it’s under the amount of calories you burn in a day. For me 1,200 calories is perfect as I’m overweight but anything lower than this will cause hair loss, nausea and even an ED. Good luck and stay safe!

Well done on the weight loss, but please don't keep going with this - try to eat a normal amount of healthy, nutritious and varied foods instead, your body will thank you for it in the long term.

I'm currently doing this diet. Cus I have gained 10kg during this pandemic and I don't fit most my pants anymore;-; Starting weight: 54.8 Goal weight: 49 Day 1: ✅ it was kinda easy cus I was kinda busy on day 1. Day 2: ✅ I woke up with 53.8kg. AND TODAY IS REALLY HARD CUS I HAVE NOTHING TO DO. NGL I KINDA CHEATED A LIL. BUT I PROMISE TOMORROW I WILL DO BETTER and I will update again tomorrow. Day 3: ✅ 53.1kg - I wasn't as hungry as before. I just had dinner and I don't know why I'm suddenly not feeling well, like I wanna throw up but not really... it's hard to explain. As I'm writing this rn, my mouth is so watery like I'm about to throw up or smth. Day 4: ✅ 52.6kg Day 5: ✅ 52.3kg Day 6: ✅ Day 7: ✅ If this comment gets 100 likes, I will do more update😁

Guys I have been eating healthier since January and lost 10kg so can you, please don’t do what she’s doing here. I don’t work out since I don’t have time for that, I also don’t leave my apartment that often, I eat 2-3 times a day never skip breakfast and have a warm meal and I tend not to eat after 8 sometimes I do but not really. You have to be on a calories deficit. I googled mine and it said I had to eat 1800 so I did and I lost weight. So please don’t do what she did here. I came for good receipts but I am leaving traumatized.

indeed what she does to lose weight actually isn't healthy, if you wanna lose weight please in a healthy way. eat more healthy, be determined, workout and sweat more, sleep well then you will eventually get there. i started my lose weight plan two weeks ago and i lost 2kg by far using this way of mine glad it worked well :))

the problem is here for me is summer, and if i or anyone else does something like this, it might hurt long term. please take good care right now, or else it might hurt you long term. i did something like this a year ago, and i gained some of my weight back when i started eating normally. balanced diet that will grow to a routine is the best. there is no starving, 3 meals a day and you’re still healthy. the weight and number on the scale is not always the case because everyone has different body shapes. as someone who works out around 30-40 min on regular days, i have realized that by working out i did lose some bit of weight, and i see the changes in my body, i gained muscle. to remind everyone muscles weight more than fat. hope you are okay now, and i hope this is a lesson why you shouldn’t do this, or something similar.

식단으로 어느정도 빼더라도 나중엔 유산소 +근력운동 꼭해줘야해요 안그럼 라인이 예쁘게 안빠지더라구요 특히 뱃살이랑 가슴살 위주로 빠짐 운동하면서 단백질음료같이 먹어주면 더 좋아요 식단할때는 체지방버닝제나 식후혈당제 같이먹어주면 속도 엄청 붙어요 저도 한달에 10키로이상 감량하긴했어요 그후에운동할땐 안빠지지만 눈바디가 확다르더라구요 ㅎㅎ

Não faça isso! Você irá engordar tudo o que perdeu, dieta restritiva não funciona, amg. Se quiser perder peso perca de forma saudável, eu já fiz diversas dietas desse tipo e até bem piores, fiquei anêmica por conta disso e o pior... Alguns dias depois engordei aquilo que perdi e voltei pro mesmo peso de antes. Se você fizer isso poderá até engordar mais ainda depois de perder! Efeito sanfona que se chama, não faça isso, sério! :(

Tip: the faster u lose weight with extreme diets, the faster you gain the weight back once you get back to normal eating habits. I'v lost 10 kgs over a span of 2 months. I ate sufficient food and exercise for 40 min everyday. Let your body enjoy the weightloss program. It shouldnt be torturous.

Starting this diet today! Start: 72.5kg Height: 5’6 (168cm) Goal:55kg Day 1: ✔️ 71.8kg - it wasn’t so hard the water mostly kept me full and I am excited to see the end result! Day2:✔️ 71.4kg - I am feelinng sooooo hungryyy! Though I am excited for the end guys! Day3: ✔️ 70.8kg - I feel like my results are coming slower compared to other people but I won’t stop! So I have pretty much stopped doing this diet for a while and lost motivation. However I am back and will try again today I will try not to lose any motivation. My weight is around the same as well as my height.
