I'll do it in Ramadan 🔥 Start: 62.5 kg Height: 170 cm Goal: 56 kg Day 1✅: it was easy Day 2 ✅: it was super hard and I became only 62.1 idk why Day 3 ✅: 62.4 really guys idk why my weight become more although I am playing exercise in every day for hour, I really so upset 😢 Day 4 ✅: I felt very tired and dizzy so I ate more than required Day 5 ✅: That's amazing now I'm 61.6 really I'm so happy 😍 Day 6 ✅: I hope tomorrow I'll be 60 Day 7 ✅: my weight being 61.2 Day 8 ✅: I became 60🔥 Day 9 ✅: 58.9🔥🔥 Day 10 ✅:58 The result is not very satisfactory, but I am proud that I completed the challenge💗 Plz click like to remember💗🔥

I'm a 30 yo female, my height is 1,63 cm and my starting weight was 72 kg. In December I did this diet for 2 weeks and I lost a total of 6 kg. Now I do it for 10 days each month, completing already my third time this year and I'm now in 60 kg. My goal weight is 53 kg. I must to say that this diet has been a great inspiration and motivation. I have not had the yo-yo effect. When I'm dieting, I add a chicken breast for lunch because personally, starving, fasting or other practices make my weight stuck. Everybody's body is different but starving is definetely not an option to loose weitght. Explore and discover what is best for you.

Going trough some diet definetely helps you to losse inches from your whole body, however, belly fat is specially hard to loose and actually is the last thing that you loose. For that you need go trought cardio and lifting weight workouts. And of course, change the whole diet, because when I started to workout, my apetite increased tremendously.

@@danielacardenas4308 I understand, and yes I ve heard of that belly fat is the last thing you lose, so basically I should get skinny and lose all body fat to finally lose belly fat and then try gaining the muscles that vanished through lifting weights and resistance workouts, is this a right plan?

In this two years I’ve been reading a lot about the best diet i can do and I think losing 0.5 to 1kg in a week is good so don’t push your self so hard or you will get bored and stop caring about your weight and you will regret it in the next few days. I now I talked so much but I want to tell you guys if you want to lose real weight and not just number try myfitnesspal thank you.

I’m starting this diet today !!! ♡ Height: 162cm (5’3’) ♡ Start weight: 55.1kg (121 lb) ♡ Goal weight: 49kg (108 lb) ~ Day 1: 55.1kg (I thought it would be harder to resist mom's food haha, I made an effort and drank half a cup of almond milk even though I don't like it very much 💪🏻) also, i did 15 min of yoga and 4 min abs workout. Day 2: 53.8kg (It was a difficult day because my family had ordered hamburgers 😭 but I did it). i did 15 min of yoga. also I felt very dizzy. Day 3: 52.9kg Day 4: Day 5: Day 6: Day 7: Please like so i remember to update!!

Starting this diet today! Start: 72.5kg Height: 5’6 (168cm) Goal:55kg Day 1: ✔️ 71.8kg - it wasn’t so hard the water mostly kept me full and I am excited to see the end result! Day2:✔️ 71.4kg - I am feelinng sooooo hungryyy! Though I am excited for the end guys! Day3: ✔️ 70.8kg - I feel like my results are coming slower compared to other people but I won’t stop! So I have pretty much stopped doing this diet for a while and lost motivation. However I am back and will try again today I will try not to lose any motivation. My weight is around the same as well as my height.

Sorry but... thats just unhealty.. you are fine with 49Kg .. Imagine you get sick you won't be able to eat and will lose drastically weight and you probably will die not of the illness but of your little weight.

Listen guys, I know there are many comments saying to not try this... sadly they are very correct...I'm saying this as an ED survivor (I suffered from anorexia for almost a whole year) that trying this kind of extreme diets can be very harmful, they'll go more damage than good...if you want to loose weight, I recommend working out, I know it seems hard at first but it will get easier as you progress... If you do these kinda of diets for a long term you can experience: Low haemoglobin levels Insomnia Fainting due to weakness Depression and stress And eventually an eating disorder that may even take your life.. These types of videos can be very triggering for people with ed, eating disorders are a mental illness and for patients weightloss becomes a competition, if they see a person eating less, they'll eat lesser... Unfortunately I can't really ask people to not post videos like this because KZbin is a free platform.. But I ask the viewers not to spread it promote this. Remember, weight doesn't define your worth, If you want to become healthy, take healthy measures...

For me they're beautifull but when I see they bodys sometimes I think they need go to a doctor, they need more weight. I'm starting this diet today! Srarting weight: 60.0 kg (about 133-135 lbs I think) Day 1: ✅ It wasn't that hard today, the most difficult task was to drink two liters of water (I usually drink really little), but I did it! I'm proud of myself. Day 2: ✅ The second day is almost over (or at least that's what I'd like to believe), so I'm updating. Today was more challenging. I almost quit, but all the likes I got for that comment kept me motiveted. I really hope I will last for the whole week. Day 3: ✅ Yay, the third day is over! Today was fine most of the time, because I didn't have much free time. The worst moment was when my whole family was eating a cake (it was my dad's birthday today) and I was just sitting there drinking water... But I got through it! Day 4: ✅ It was, well, good. I went out with my friends. They ate, but I stayed strong and didn't eat. Three days left! Day 5: ✅ Today was pretty tough. I went out with my friends (again) and we went to Mc Donalds and I wasn't eating anything again. Yay! Day 6: ✅ As I expected, today was hard (mainly because it was Saturady, so I didn't have much to do). I just tried to kill time by watching waaaaay too many stupid videos on KZbin. I did it though! Tomorrow's the last day! Day 7: ✅ It was hard, but what kept me going was the thought that it's the last day. I'm sooo glad that I'm finishing it. It would be nice if somebody liked that comment to motivate me, because I know it's gonna be hard! End weight: 55,6 kg. The results are amazing. I have to say that. I also feel a lot better about my body now. But remember not to do it for more than a week, because it can cause a malnutrition. I am so glad that it's over. It was really hard. And maybe, just maybe, I'll come back someday to do a second week of this diet. Also, if you have any questions about how I did this diet, feel free to ask in the replies! And thank you for your support! Edit: Okay, since some people wanted to know if I gained the weight back. Well, my current weight is 56,1 kg so I gained exactly 0,5 kg. I don't think I'm going to gain more. I gained it mostly in the first two days. I tried to eat lightly and slowly more and more. Hope it helped!

오늘부터 이 식단으로 일주일동안 다이어트 시작해봅니다🤤 키: 170cm 시작 몸무게: 62.4 원하는 몸무게: 54 1일차: 60.8 (오늘 너무 늦게 일어나서 1시에 아침을 먹었어요ㅜㅜ 우유로는 아몬드 브리즈 초코맛을 먹었는데 바나나랑 완전 잘어울렸어요!! 점심과 저녁 사이쯤 배가 정말 너무 고파서 라면 한봉지와 아이스크림 2개나 먹었습니다.. 후회중😭 저녁에 삶은달걀과 토마토 조합의 저녁은 처음이라 다 먹어걸때쯤 토가 나올뻔했지만... 그래도 다 먹었습니다😋) 2일차: (오늘도 결국 참지 못하고 라면 한봉지나 먹어버린😮‍💨 내일부터는 학교 가는날이라 일단 2km~4km걷기는 기본으로 깔아두고 갑니다🫣) 3일차: 4일차: 5일차: 6일차: 7일차:

Всем привет! Буду сидеть на этой диете 5 дней. Начало с понедельника. Вес 62.2 кг рост 168 16 лет пол женский 1день✅ - я питалась так как на видео, только вместо соевого молока у меня было овсяное, так как у нас не продают соевое, на поздний ужин в районе 22:00 я пила специальный диетический коктейль покупной, он из тыквы и моркови, пила 2 литра воды, было в принципе легко, хотя мне очень трудно давалось практически нечего не есть. Я не тренировалась, так как мне было плохо.) И так на утро мой вес составлял 61.1 кг Еше я пью жиросжигатель, но мне кажется от него нету пользы, пью 2 раза в день. 2день✅ - проснулась я поздновато, но позавтракала. Вполне хорошо провела время. Позавтракала в 13 дня, ужин был в 18:30, в 22 вечера выпила кисель что был и в первом дне, очень захотелось чего то и я попила овсяного молока. 2 литра воды выпила. Очень хотела чипсы, но срываться мне даже не хотелось, обычно когда я на диете, то я срываюсь на что то вкусное, а тут нет. Вообщем весь утром 61.1 жаль чтт ничего не изменилось. Я все также без тренировок. 3день✅ - все было как обычно позавтракала, поужинала и кисель. Вес стал 60.7, но почему то через часа 2 он стал прежним 61.1, хотя я ничего не ела и не пила. Сегодня я съела на 468 ккалх 4день✅ - я не спала до утра, позавтракала, вместо обычного овсяного молока я пила овсяношоколадное, решила не ужинать, просто выпить кисель на ночь. Сегодня пойду на стадион бегать. 59.8 5день✅ - 60.0 Было много соблазнов. В день я съедала по 652 ккал кроме 4дня. Норма девушек в день есть 2000-2200 ккал Кстати вес я не набрала за день обжираловки

계란 삶을 때 토마토도 퐁당 넣어서 살짝 익혀 찬물에 헹궈 드시면 라이코펜 함량 8 배상승 , 영양소 흡수및 소화도 더 잘되어요

Breakfast I try to eat as late as possible, usually 12-1pm and dinner 4pm, so it's quite similar to Intermittent Fasting.

Be careful ok? I know it’s exciting seeing the numbers go down but it becomes addictive and tiresome. When the 2 weeks is up ease back into a “healthy diet” it doesn’t have to be lettuce and air. You can eat practically whatever you want as long as it’s under the amount of calories you burn in a day. For me 1,200 calories is perfect as I’m overweight but anything lower than this will cause hair loss, nausea and even an ED. Good luck and stay safe!

헐.. 물 대신 녹차 드시면 안돼요 맹물이랑 녹차는 전혀 달라요 몸에서 녹차를 희석하기 위해서 맹물이 필요한건데... 그걸 2리터나... 큰일나요 물 대신 마실 수 있는 차는 보리차나 현미차 같은 곡류만 가능해요 (곡류는 우리 주식이기 때문에)

start 65kg goal 60kg day1✅ : so breakfast: two boiled eggs , and dinner had 2 apples and a glass of milk and drank 1.5L water it was kinda hard because my family had crepes and ice cream but i stayed strong 😭 day2 ✅:i just ate breakfast : glass of milk and a banana and m full already for dinner i had two boiled eggs and a low sugar fresh fresh cheese cream and drank 1.5L water day3✅ : i had 2 small apples and glass of milk at 9 am then i ate 2 boiled eggs at 5 pm drank 2L of water also started seeing changes and feeling lighter day4✅: i had 2 small apples and glass of milk as breakfast and 2 boiled eggs as dinner drank 2L water day5✅ : 2 small boiled eggs + jockey it's like 57 calories it's low sugar cheese yogurt as breakfast and banana with glass of milk as dinner and drank 2L today was kinda hard idk why but ye i did it only two days left day6✅: the store ran out of bananas so i ate two sliced apples with a glass of milk , for dinner i had two boiled eggs with a jockey water 1,75L only 1 day left but i want to do another week but I'm not sure if it's good or not day7✅: i ate a banana with glass of milk and 2 eggs drank 1,75L FINALLY M DONE , I DID IT AND I'M REALLY PROUD OF MYSELF i lost 5 kilos currently I'm 60 kg

Day 1: 61.2 kg Day 2: 59.4 kg Day 3: 58 kg Day 4: 57.1 kg felt like I was losing motivation because I was dreading eating the tomato again, so since the tomato was about 30 calories, I switched it for 30 calories of green beans instead. Now I feel like I can finish the week! ☺️ Day 5: 56.6 kg I could barely hang on today, starting to feel like a wilted flower 🥀 Decided to eat extra healthy calories. Veggie burger, peanut butter, and salmon packet 👌 ate about 700 calories total today Day 6: Wow I did not realize how much will power it takes to finish this! Weighing yourself every day can be a bad habit Change isn't always instant I try to weigh myself either weekly or biweekly so I'm not obsessing over numbers too much Plus with my ED past, trust I want to weigh myself every day, it's just not good for my mental state to do so and potentially could whittle away at yours.

Cus I have gained 10kg during this pandemic and I don't fit most my pants anymore;-; Starting weight: 54.8 Goal weight: 49 Day 1: ✅ it was kinda easy cus I was kinda busy on day 1. 50kg is a pretty underweight for someone who is 167cm (BMI of 17.9, anything under 18.5 is underweight. You're not currently overweight with a BMI of 22, that's a nice weight for someone 167cm, but if you're unhappy you can lose weight and be fine, just not too much). Being underweight can lead to health problems, such as osteoporosis (osteoporosis simply put is weak and easily breakable bones because of a lack of bone mass, this is not curable), anemia (a blood condition where your body doesn't have enough red blood cells, this can be life-threatening), increased risk of complications after surgery, infertility, a weakened immune system and more. Underweight people often feel tired because they aren't eating enough calories (this varies from person to person, 1200kcal isn't starvation for everyone and some people will become overweight/obese if they ate the generally recommend 2000kcal, in rarer cases they can become underweight eating 2000kcal, like if they're very tall or exercise considerably more than the average active person), and not to mention being underweight can also shorten your lifespan. A far healthier weight/goal for someone of 167cm is 54kg (BMI 19). A healthy amount of weight to lose in one week is 0.5kg-1kg, so _at least_ this loss should take you 2 months, but _it could easily take more_ than that. Stay safe, stay healthy. (In lbs/ft 167cm = 5'5, 60.9kg = 134lbs, 50kg = 110lbs, 54kg = 120lbs, 0.5kg/1kg = 1-2lbs)

@@blink-me2ch at 168cm and 75kg you have a BMI of 26, which is overweight. Being overweight has health risks, like increased risk for a heart attack, diabetes, hypertension and more. A healthy weight for (I'm assuming your a woman here) of 168cm is roughly between 53-70kg. If I were 168cm my goal weight would be 59kg, which is a healthy BMI of 20.9. The only way to lose weight is with a calorie deficit, so I'd recommend starting a completely honest food log, then once you have a good idea of your typical calorie consumption create a small and easy calorie deficit by reducing your daily calorie intake by 200kcal. (168cm = 5'6, 75kg = 165lb, 59kg = 130lb.) Edit to correct some things.

I had a playlist saved with dozens of videos just like this one. I was so bent on looking like someone i wasn't, and eating in a way that isnt sustainable. For everyobe watching this video, please remember that when you eat less your body starts slowing ur metabolism down making it easier to gain weight in the long run! It will work for now, but i recommend intermittent fasting with a balanced diet of 1800-2000 calories. Please do not starve yourself ♥

I didn’t ate the same things like her but small amounts like her. I didn’t eat and sweets and no fast food. Once you start eating normal again you gonna gain the weight back. But if you have to loose weight fast for like a wedding or smth it’s ok to do it but keep in mind it’s gonna come back. So start eating health and do exercises. the problem is here for me is summer, and if i or anyone else does something like this, it might hurt long term. please take good care right now, or else it might hurt you long term. i did something like this a year ago, and i gained some of my weight back when i started eating normally. balanced diet that will grow to a routine is the best. there is no starving, 3 meals a day and you’re still healthy. the weight and number on the scale is not always the case because everyone has different body shapes. as someone who works out around 30-40 min on regular days, i have realized that by working out i did lose some bit of weight, and i see the changes in my body, i gained muscle. to remind everyone muscles weight more than fat. hope you are okay now, and i hope this is a lesson why you shouldn’t do this, or something similar.

Hey y’all, friendly reminder to eat a bit more if your body asks you to during this diet if you weigh more than her (I weigh ~70kg at 1,65m), because you can always work out after if you want to keep your body in calorie deficit in order to lose weight. I started this diet five days ago (still going) but I only just learned this lesson yesterday because I fainted in my bathroom. I only ate the banana and soy milk like in the video and then went for a swim to workout a bit, and when I came back and took a shower, due to the hot temperature of the water + starvation, I fainted. Obviously, a very dumb mistake that could’ve been easily avoided by eating a bit more since my body was asking me to. Today I included greek yogurt with granola in the morning and a bit of chicken for dinner along with the eggs and tomato. I already feel so much less lethargic and I can workout properly. After the week is over, I will turn to a regular more healthy diet plan. Stay safe!❤

@@wintsyyy thank you for your concern, yes I’m alright! Stopped the diet after the week ended and managed to lose 4 kgs! Now I’m eating like normal again (but healthy) and working out and I haven’t had anymore problems ^^

about a year ago i used to be 45kgs but over a few months i gained 20lbs as well! a few months ago i was 56kg, but I’ve gone down to 50kg. by the end of this month, i want to get to 43kg. im going to start this diet tomorrow. day 1 :

Out of all the comments I’ve read it’s completely baffling that only one was concerned over this diet. Y’all, eating less than 1000 calories a day is NOT normal and NOT healthy. Depending on your age, sex, height, and type of lifestyle you should be eating more than 1000 but at the very least that’s a minimum. The healthy route to weight loss is slow and on average you should realistically aim to loose 1-2 pounds per week!! I understand why you want to see fast results but it’s NOT healthy. Do not starve yourselves please. I recommend checking out Natacha Oceane’s videos, specifically the ones calling out toxic diet cultures and another one explaining (scientifically) why so many diets fail. Alongside her, I also recommend checking out Beatrice Caruso. She is a youtuber documenting her journey to loose 100 lbs and she is very inspirational, has a realistic lifestyle and goals, super funny, and promotes healthy methods. Again, I beg of you all to not force yourselves to these extremes. This is coming from someone on a weight loss journey. I understand the desperation of it all. I’m going through it right now. Please everyone, do not starve yourselves ❤️❤️. I also want to say that I don’t mean this as an attack to this youtuber. She seems very kind, and I love the way she edited her video. Regardless, though, it must be pointed out that her methods are not healthy. It may just be that she simply doesn’t know that her methods are unhealthy. To anyone that may read this, please take what I said to heart.

Well I think people are not freaking out about it because it’s implicit that it’s just an one week thing she did to lose weight fast. I think people are aware this is too harsh as a lifestyle. There is nothing wrong with doing diets like this, I personally have done something similar if I gained weight from overeating and then I get back to eating healthy calories and just add exercise.

This is exactly my thoughts too. I lose 10-15 kg but I ate really well and I'm stabile for a long time. Starving is not a diet and we have to work our muscles too. We have to eat healty sugars and carbs too. Yes she lose weight really fast but I think she didn't lose many fat. She just lose waters and muscles ... just don't try this diet guys ... and don't attack this nice lady.

I lost 8kg in 4 months, and sometimes I think it's too slow, 5 more kg to go... but then, it would be impossible for me to do such strict diet, don't want to torture myself. I better lose weight slowly, but without starving myself, even if it takes 2 more months.

El año pasado tambien probé esta dieta y bajé 4kg en 3 días, de todas formas en esos tiempos pesaba 30kg más, así que quiero ponerme a prueba (teniendo obesidad es mucho mas facil bajar) y ver cuanto puedo bajar ahora. - mido 1,60 cm - meta: llegar a las 59kg Día 1: 64,6kg ✅️ día uno listo, no tuve mucho apetito durante el día, yo creo que es por la proteína:) además caminé 6,000 pasos y 20 minutos saltando la cuerda 🧘🏻‍♀️ Día 2: 64,3kg no bajé mucho 😭 pero el día de hoy esta completo, solo no cumplí con al cena ya que comí con mi pareja 🤓 Día 3: ??kg hoy no me he podido pesar ya que no estuve en mi casa. Tercer día finalizado, he de decir que me dio un poco de hambre antes del almuerzo, pero nada muy grave jajsj ✅️ también reemplacé el tomate de la cena x frutillas (la misma cantidad de calorías 👍) Día 4: 63,4kg 🫶🏻 ya hoy fue mi último día, no quiero ver más huevo en mi vida JAJAJSJ mañana publicaré mi peso final. At the beginning it was pretty hard to do this diet but after a few days it became easier. I think, I'll continue It for a couple of days for lose more weight.

Guys i know its tempting to do these kind of diets because “they give fast results “ or “u feel guilty of how much u binged the last week “ or whatever , but please please please dont ! Don’t starve urself and try going on a normal healthy diet , ur body needs fuel to function, and eating a salad a day is not even close to enough. If ur case is that u binged and u feel guilty this is not the solution , it’s an endless loop , just act as if nothing happened and focus on fueling ur body mindfully and in a way that satisfies u , don’t starve urself i’m literally begging 😕

Those are the withdrawal symptoms. It lasts for a few days or even a few weeks for some people. But once your body gets adjusted to this healthy eating you'll get to see the benefits of it in your body, mind and daily activities.

diets are not one size fits all, maybe she naturally does not need as many calories, but you may need more, so you can't follow someone elses diet only ones that work for you :D
