@@ananyabasu4371 yes, I also did some slimmer leg workouts but I didn’t do any diet. I can’t exactly tell you how much this helped since I didn’t measure my waist but I can definitely see it! I did this about 1-2 times a day and it only took about 1-2 weeks till I started seeing results. Remember it’s different for everyone though, so I can’t promise it’s going to be exactly the same. Keep it up! 💗

REMIND ME Day 1: 🎉 done Day 2: 🎉 done Day 3: 🎉 done Day 4: missed Day 5: 🎉 did twice to make up for yesterday Day 6: 🎉 done Day 7: 🎉 done Midway check: I can start to see the abs forming I'm excited for the results!! Day 8: 🎉 done no changes today Day 9: 🎉 done no changes today either, tmrw is the first day of school for me, when do y'all start? Day 10: 🎉 done, there is more changes and my abs hurt before the workout so hopefully that doest get worse tmrw EDIT: I stopped doing it because it was way to easy at this point that there was no burn if you never done an ab workout this one would burn well for you. But I moved to a harder workout but TYSM for your support you got this don't give up! Edit 2: again, I have moved on to a harder workout. I did not get much results from this because I have done ab workouts before so it had a minimal burn. If you haven't done an ab workout it will be great for you and you will probably get amazing results. YOU GOT THIS!

Doing this for 2weeks. And I'm also doing few more exercise just to make the results quick😉 Day 1-✅ did it about 2times Day 2-✅did it about 2times Day 3-✅did it about 1.5 times Day 4-✅did it this once only because i also did 2 other workouts Day 5- today I feel really guilty because I didn't do any exercise and ate a big plate full of noodles😭😭 I hope it won't make alot of difference in my results 😭and I will also do the jeon somi diet I will not recommend doing this at all but I consulted my doctor. Day6-✅ I took 2 days break because I was EXTREMELY busy and I had no time to do any sort of workout. But yesterday I did the workout along with some other workouts aswell. Day 7-✅ Day8-✅ Day9-✅ Hello guys now I have to stop doing this because I no longer feel like as if this is hard because Ive been doing this for 11 days and I got to know the my body has got use to it thats why I don't feel anything now like no burning no hardness while doing this but I will say it's a really good workout and of your a beginner then this is for you... And don't worry you will have your dream body really soon just don't street over it and be consistent and focus ❤️❤️

Doing this for 1 week (1-2 times a day) Day1- ★ felt good time: 7:08 p.m. 1x Day2- ★ was a bit tiring but did it time: 10:46 a.m. & 6:03 p.m. 1x Day3- ★ felt really great, I'm gonna take a shower now time: 8:01 p.m. 1x Day4- ★ I feel sore and it's really hot today so I needed a few breaks in between time: 1:28 p.m. 1x Day5-X couldn't do it, I was very busy but I was swimming so yeah Day6-★ I did it, it's still very hot outside but I did it with ease time: 8:53 p.m. 1x Day7-★ felt really good! Time:5:34 (forgot to ride the comment) So the week is over and i really see some good results! I really recommend this workout. Ps: i ate normal like i usually do throughout the week and i judt did this workout! I hope it will motivate some of yall! Have a great day!

Gonna try Day 1:✅definently felt a burn but made it through Day 2:✅still pretty hard but easier than day 1 Day 3:✅ Day 4:✅its getting much easier Day 5:✅did it Day 6:✅did it Day 7:✅did it I'm going to keep doing it but I won't be marking it down Results:I lost about 2.5 inches off my belly and I'm super happy!

@@oneandonlyolli I only did it once a day and I didnt change my diet actually. To me, food is kind of a stress reliever. I was in a stressed state when doing this cuz something personal was going on so I didn't change my diet at all. I also have a bad habit of binge eating so I was really surprised with the results, considering I didn't diet at all. And also, if you decide to try this exercise, I'm rooting for you! I don't know if it works for everybody but it did for me and I hope it does for you too!

I gotta get my body toned for a trip! Day 1:✅-burn on the legs as well as stomach Day 2:✅- still burns Day 3:✅ -isn’t that hard anymore, seeing a bit of change Day 4:✅ - it’s burns way less Day 5:✅ - really easy now, and don’t feel any burn I did it for a week, and it doesn’t burn anymore, so I started a more intense workout! 😁 I defined saw some improvements, and good luck to all the people doing this secretly in their rooms like me🥳👏

I usually do this and a 10 minute Pilate session but I didn’t do that on Monday and didn’t have time to do it twice yesterday so I only did it once so today I did it twice and oh my god it burns so much !

This is actually really good, I saw results after 3 days doing it, and carried on. I did take a day rest form it every week so I could rest. But now I don’t feel the burn anymore, which is good because that means it’s become and easy task for me to do. I will now be moving on to a different workout form the same channel to use my body strength in a good way so that I can keep my body figure

DOING THIS FOR TWO WEEKSSSS Day 1: was actually pretty easy and obviously no difference YET Day 2: It was a little bit harder but I do notice that my waist is a slimmer and curved Day 3: no difference Day 4: I've been really busy but I did it so i did it a lots of times Day 5: Hey yall! Iforgot about this and im so sorry but i got back on and its working a lot actually Day 6: anyway i got back on and did it a few times to fill in (6 times 😭) but anyway I hope it works Day 7: medium difference Day 8: keep forgetting but I did it a few times and its working rlly well

Буду делать для себя 1 - 2 недели,если не увижу разницу в 1 недели буду делать 2 неделю 1 день -✅️ сделала 2 раза 2 день - ✅️ было тяжело,но старалась 3 день - ✅️ я делала,просто забыла сказать. 3 подхода 4 день -✅️ 5 день -✅️ 6 день -✅️,я делала,опять же забыла писать 7 день - ✅️ Не верю что делала это неделю. Скажу так,похудеть можно и талия станет уже. + сбросила 1кг. Живот стал более плоским но лучше делать 2 недель для лучшего эффекта Залайкайте что бы напоминала. 8 день - 9 день - 10 день - 11 день - 12 день - 13 день - 14 день

I am also doing another abs workout with this 😉 Day 1:- ✅ ( It was easy ) Day 2:- ✅ ( No difference ) Day 3:- ✅ ( Still no difference ) Day 4:- ✅ ( Finally I am starting to see some difference 🫣 ) Day 5:- ❌ ( Well, I was extremely busy ) Day 6:- ✅ ( I ate too much today so the slight changes I noticed are gone 😭 But I will still do it 😉 ) Day 7:- ✅ ( I see a not so big but noticable different and maybe i will do it for another week as i love this workout 🥹 ) Remind me to update everyday 🫡

Im gonna try this as well!! Started on 17th August!! Current weight: 44.8kg Day 1: ✅️ kinda tiring cause i tried another one before this! Day 2: ✅️ did both again! Day 3: ✅️ just this one cause I'm tired! Day 4: ✅️ felt fat so I did it twice Day 5: ✅️ I'm sleepy so just did thus once Day 6: ❌️ missed it :( Day 7: ✅️ did it twice cause I missed yesterday Day 8: ✅️ half assed it Day 9: ✅️ half assed it again, I'm getting lazy and I feel fat. @@softangelx hi! Not really sure! I've gotten lazier and am eating junk so probably why...it helped a bit tho, I think if you continue with it for long enough, maintain a healthy diet and stay consistent it'll work

Day 1: did this before bed was hard to do every exercise correctly Day 2: in the morning same as d1 Day 3: okay still hard but I’m holding on I’ll probably do this until it becomes easy so I’m here for awhile Day 4 : okay so it progressively get easier I think I’m going to plateau soon but great workout Day 5 doing good forgot to log Day 6 hurted a bit more tonight but holding strong 💪 Day 7 : one week into it 😮 still hurts a bit and don’t really see the results visually but if I lost some weight I would probably 😅 Day 8 : alright nothing new just keeping it moving I think that is the longest I’ve been doing an exercise so yay Day9 :nothing to say I am going to try and fix my diet while still exercising so holding on Day 10: wow so I’m still here not seeing progress but it feels good just to move 😊 Day11?: I don’t know if I count them right but so far iv’e been doing this workout everyday twice a day sooooo yeah definitely still burning a bit but the high part of my thighs more then my abs but hey it is still a workout Day 12 : okay so KZbin mark this at 2 weeks but I’m going to continue to 15 days but after I will probably move to another workout because although it still burns it doesn’t as much as when I started Day 13 : every time I think the exercise doesn’t burn anymore I adjust my posture and then it burn again 😂 Day 14: omg I’m almost 2 weeks in I see no change but I don’t mind because I feel it I have better and better form doing those exercises Day 15🎉: guys I did it I def still feel a bit of burning but I can clear the exercises so easily I see no physical changes but for that if you are like me ( aka are fat ) you would have to change your diet and do more workouts than just this once or twice a day 😅 that said I am so proud of myself holding onto my promise so yay and if you are trying it for yourself don’t lose hope I know you can do it I did it 😂 okay bye ❤
Doing this for 2 weeks, I’ll share my result! Day 1: Really hard on my core. Really hoping this works! Day 2: again, really hard on my core and thighs. I’ll come back tomorrow!

i will do it for a week (or two if i don’t forget !) day 1 - it’s not that hard, i do the kazuha’s workout besides ! day 2 - it’s feel really good to do it while i wake up, and i think it’s easier ! day 3 - this morning was kinda hard especially for the penultimate exercise, my legs were burning and it’s maybe because i didn’t eat for two days💀 anyways i don’t see any results but i will continue because i feel good after ! day 4 - i find it way more easy to do it and it don’t hurts, but i still don’t see big results day 5 - it was really easy to do it ! day 6 - done ! it was so easy ! day 7 - i’ll do it one more week but i don’t think i will continue after since it’s become really easy to do ! day 8- done ! day 9 - done ! day 10 - done, but it’s so easy now !

I just want to say that I’m pretty sure your perfect and pretty the way your are if you want to do workouts to feel better go for it :D but please your body needs food (I’m not sure maybe I understand it wrong) but please if you feel weak because you didn’t eat get yourself some food because it’s important :))) (Haha I’m so sorry if it’s weird I just want to make sure you don’t starve or something because that’s really bad for your body and health :)))

this pop up when i was browsing sooooo amma give it a try~ day 1- did it and it was kind of easy day 2- im planning on doing this two times a day(morning and afternoon) and so far i dont see any results day 3- I did it again today(2 times) day 4- okay so I am kind of seeing some subtle results(did it 3 times today😋) day 5- ehmmmm I did this for 4 times today because I really want to see the results before school starts(IT'S STARTING ON MONDAYYY IM GONNA CRY.😭) day 6 - I did it 3 times with other workouts so the result will be fast!

Doing this everyday for a week (atleast) ! Day 1: everything was pretty easy except the curl up leg ones where you need to press them againsy your chest, my body was dhaking a bit from the other workout but it went pretty well and it wasnt hard at all

Hi I am planning to do this atleast for 2 weeks along with my other daily workouts. @@nellielespada3 actually yeah i see some tiny results but it is really changing. I recommend you to do it one time in the morning, and one before bed. If you do it twice then youll definitly dee MAJOR results in a shorter time than mine. I personally dont have enough Time to do it twice à day
