@@EVO6- For Ngannou they are. Francis doesn't need to learn subs, how to pull guard, nor does he need to develop a clinch striking game, and he certainly doesn't need to master throws. Francis just needs wrestling techniques to escape the clinch which, stuff takedowns, and potentially scramble up if he doesn't fully stuff a takedown. Everything else is a waste of time for him. Also let me be clear I realize then and now that wrestling is apart of the multilayered art of grappling but in Francis case wrestling is grappling.

Francis is natural LOL... The guy went from 240ish to cutting weight to make 265 in less than 3 years. That's almost Ubereem levels of muscle growth.
@aardvark25206 жыл бұрын
If he never really worked out and then started working out alot and eating good he could definitely gain 20 pounds in 3 years. It's 3 whole fucking years guys come on and Francis still has some fat on him so it's probably not all muscle he gained
@tiramisu1p4pgoat66 жыл бұрын
+Aardcark25 No that's just not true... It's not like Francis was shaped like a toothpick 3 years ago. Also how the fuck did he never work out when he was in the UFC?? Use your logic buddy.

Alan I respectfully disagree. I worked with a guy when I was younger who looked like a statue. Perfectly formed like a Greek God. He worked physically but never weights. His dad looked the same and so did his brother. Some people are blessed with different types of perfection
@AlxThSeal6 жыл бұрын
Okay I can believe these people can get in such shape without weightlifting, but some form of excersize (calisthenics or something else) has to take place. And a good diet. I met a few really genetically gifted people myself, but while they do look extremely in shape, they aren't JACKED like Ngannou..

@ariaghamati16936 жыл бұрын
ruthless95 definitely, I believe Joe would still have a 100,000+ kick, but not as high as it is now. Trt definitely has an effect on how strong his kick is. Probably makes a 10 to 20 percent increase. I think without the trt edson could match if not kick harder than a guy like Joe, who out weighs him by like 20 lbs. But trt or not, joe would kick Hella hard
@Justintdot6 жыл бұрын
aria ghamati Edson without a weight cut probably kicks harder than Joe
@ariaghamati16936 жыл бұрын
OTF-jponz idk about that. Because Joe is about 200 lbs and I think Edson might be closer to 175 or 180. But if they were the same size, I do agree that Edson would kick harder than Joe, and would kick WAY harder if Joe didn't have trt

You want to work out with a shovel ? Hand dig up sewer repairs about 5 or 6 feet deep. If it's dry it's like digging concrete, if it's wet each shovel full weighs about 40 lbs and the suction of the mud keeps you from throwing it off the shovel doubling the effotsi. The deeper you go the higher you have to throw the dirt to clear the pile and not let it sift back on top of you. Shoveling sand ain't shit. That's a vacation ! Ngannou's strength is mostly natural. The shoveling sand does help but not the total reason he is such a badass.
