Fun fact! Blue's theme at the end was created specifically for high level competitive events like the world championships.

Fun fact about Ghetsis, to show us(instead of telling us)how evil he is and how much he mistreats his Pokemon, his ace Pokemon, the dark dragon in the picture with him, has an attack called Frustration that does more damage the more the Pokemon dislikes it's trainer, his does max damage. Comparably, the main villain of Diamond and Pearl has a Pokemon with an attack called Return, that attack deals more damage the more the Pokemon likes it's trainer, and his does max damage as well. Also that same Pokemon can only evolve to it's last stage through high friendship(a hidden stat that goes up with you raising your Pokemon with love and care), and he has that Pokemon fully evolved. Details like these that expand story through the gameplay instead of text is what I love the most in the story of those two generations.

Scarlet & Violet are pretty great to start off with, aswell as ultrasun and ultramoon(even if they are for the 3ds which needs certain recording equipment to do) Both of these have the best stories(besides black & white, and its sequels.)

@@ethanleslie588 but...literally everyone knows the first 151 pokémon, or at least the big ones(sorry starmie). Besides, kanto's storyline wasnt exactly great and required an entirely seperate game to finish up the team rocket story(until sun and moon with the rainbow rocket postgame) In black and white, sun and moon, and scarlet and violet, the stories are simply better.

Skyla was my favorite in BW1. That changed to Elesa in BW2. Both are baddies. And Lenora's a taken woman. And fun note about Ghetsis' theme: The drums are reminescent of Arceus' theme from Gen 4, which fits considering how Ghetsis sees himself. Also his team was structured to perfectly counter N's final team

Actually, the trainer that you see in the thumbnail of the Vs Trainer has a variety of names... NONE of which are Red. The male main protagonist of Black and White's name in the games is Hilbert, in the Manga was named Black, and in other media was called Blaire.

The World Champion theme only ever played during grand finals of Pokemons tournament series VGC, if you heard that theme in game it meant you were one of the two best players in the world that year. There's also an updated version of the song that was used in gens 6 and 7, but gens 8 and 9 sadly don't have any unique themes like this, they just use the respective games champion music instead. But yeah the World champion theme is a remix of the champion theme from Red and Blue which was effectively Blue/Garys theme since he was the champion, but he's not actually in Black and White 1, but he is in 2, but he uses a different remix of his theme when you fight him there
