It kind of lets the restraints off of Austin a bit. But I will say he needs to stay aggressive. In that first half he looked for LeBron too much. It seemed in the second half he cut loose a bit more. With DLo by his side neither can succeed there to similar. But we all seen this coming . That back court has to many holes. When Cam gets acclimated it should be really good for the team.

Hard to say when/if Vando will be “fully healed”. Even when he gets back they’ll have to work him back up, so he wouldn’t be “replacing” Reddish for a while. I think if anything Vando will just help them rely less on Reddish and keep both of their workloads moderate.

The problem with his injuries was Darvin ham, he would never let him full heal. Each time cam came back from injury ham was playing him 30+ mins instead of giving him limited mins

@@tag7376 yes he had cam in the starting lineup but he also messed it up by putting rui on the bench and starting taurean prince alongside cam which slightly improved their defense but made their offense much worse and killing the balance. Also the roster that made it to the western conference finals had completely different pieces so its not really a fair comparison.

2nd year player Max Christie as the ONLY 2-GUARD OFF THE BENCH was designed to block Coach Ham from having a 2-Guard with at least 5 years NBA experience if Reaves struggled early.

Conditioning is key to longevity for Cam. Same with Vando. Interchange them both, and we would be the no.1 defensive team. We've done it before. With everyone healthy, we can do it again.

Vincent and everyone else needs to STOP paasing to DLo in quick transition plays. DLo almost always makes a foolish pass in these cases. He gets excited and wants to capitalize on the fast break so bad he stops thinking about who is in position to intercept his passes. He always makes the worse choices on the team in these situations. I think it's because he's not locked in, but it could be a sign he has a low BBall IQ.

I’ll like to see this line -up Reaves - secondary ball handler/shooter Reddish- 3&D but mainly for defense Lebron -enough said Rui- another bucket getter and space the floor AD- enough said Bench Dlo- scoring punch/ facilitate Knecht- sharpshooter Christie- 3&D Vando- Defense Wood- 3pt shooting & Rebounding , can play defense at times when committed.

Christie shouldn’t touch the floor the rest of the year. Slide Vando up to SF and Woods up to PF and kept Jaxon Hayes going. Pick and roll would open up having Dlo, Knect, and Woods on the floor. Vando can slash from the corner

The problem with the Laker is that that make contract decisions. They gave Christie a 4 year contract. He making 7 to 8 million a year and lost his back up role to Cam Reddish, who is on an expiring contract. Lonnie Walker, who is not in the NBA at this time is probably better than anyone on the bench.

Dlo needs the ball in his hand to shine. Bron and AD had the ball most of the time. Better to seperate them and let Dlo be the scoring punch off the bench.Putting him to the second unit also enhance the defense of the starting line up.

lebron at point is genius thats how they won in 2020 we just need minutes from koloko or another big hayes is up and down but i´m starting to trust more in hayes because of lebron´s passing of the ball, but with vando back our defense improves also. AD benefits best from lebron at point also and christie should not have minutes but dalton instead he can catch fire we need that

Cam is bigger, faster, and stronger than D 'Lo. He is a better defender and better at switching onto bigs who penetrate the lane. Sporadically, Cam is a better shooter.

Cams decent but can’t get a bucket for the life of him. Very lazy driving/finishing/shooting. He’s a good defender and sneaky long, but that’s all. Gives you nothing you can count on offensively other than blowing some fast break steal layups and, missing a couple free-throws. We’ve given him so much time to develop and he just hasn’t. He should be a much better shooter and finisher. Basically a college player out there, he’s got no dribble package either. Just getting run time as a duke player under Reddick.
