There's no doubt this take is neater and better performed than the first, but i can't help but find the other version more authentic and more gut-wrenching. the fact that you struggled to keep the high notes before transcripted well the pain the person is supposed to feel in the song. That aside : revenge done, Juby wins :p

I know you weren’t the biggest fan of your original cover, but back in late middle school early high school your cover was my favorite song. Period. Man. When I first heard this song I wasn't even past elementary school, and I listened to it because of how much I liked the tune and Juby's voice. Now I've just graduated high school and can actually connect with the lyrics, whether empathising through stuff my friends went through or I did, and wow. It hits different.
