Incredible, awesome! Judas Priest is the prime wine of heavy metal. No one plays guitar like Tipton and Downing.. They are the 'papas' of metal!
@GlennKK8914 жыл бұрын
Tipton is incredible, he really plays with the guitar, and Downing is amazing, both are genious, together are the best, two beast of the guitar. Well Rob Halford was, is and will be the most incredible singer in history. Judas Priest THE METAL GODS
@Mii8513 жыл бұрын
Rob's voice was still godly in the 90's. He can still sing like pretty much no one else today but sometimes you can hear his voice break especially on high pitched parts. Doesn't matter, you will always rock Rob.

Thanks for youtube that gives an opportunity to every poor sucker like all of us to express opinions about such divine music that both Maiden and Priest created...before we all start posting comments let's hold our horses and thing again if these songs are going to live more than us.

This is BY FAR one of the greatest metal solos of all time. Glenn is an underrated god. This solo along with the ones from Beyond teh Realms of Death and A Touch of Evil are just incredible and I dream of being able to play them on guitar somee day (and I've been playnig for a long time).

Man, I saw Priest live, and if you EVER have the chance to see them, they are amazing. Not only do they just rock, their production is amazing. They are one of the few bands that sound just as good, if not better live, as they do on record. Their stage performance is awesome, and these are guys in their late 50s and 60s were talking about...

exellent song. halford hits more octaves in one song than most singers do in their whole carrers, its their trademark along with the dueling gutairs of kk and glen priest truly are metal legends

a great priest song. glenns solo is SHRED!! kk and glenn are perhaps two of the most underrated metal guitarists out there, despite being in the legendary priest.

Unquestionably, one of Priest's finest, and CERTAINLY, one of Tipton's sickest solos ever recorded OR reproduced live....it's fuckin' dizzying!

I guess most of us agree that Glenn is the best metal guitarist ever, that Rob is the one and only metal god, that it's fucking awesome to see KK, Glenn and Ian rocking side by side, that no band is really even close to JP when it comes to guitar solos, that Painkiller is the best metal album ever made, thanks to the brilliant Scott Travis. And at least in my mind there is no doubt about it, Judas Priest = Heavy Metal, Heavy Metal = Judas Priest! Thank you.

I'm in a Priest cover band in Australia. Our singer goes into this so many times after we do Hell Patrol we decided we'd better do it. So I familiarised myself with the solo and proceeded to soil myself. That is all.

Their new album "The Stage" is truly a masterpiece though, there is no denying this. The only Avenged Sevenfold album to make me pour a glass of glorious wine, sit back and listen to the album was "Waking the Fallen". It's up there with the greats like... Judas Priest's Painkiller, Rush's "2112" and "Hemispheres" (The Cygnus X-1 duo in particular with the previous album before that starting it), Dream Theater's Awake, Steven Wilson's "Hand. Cannot. Erase." and YES's "Close to the Edge". Yes, I know some of these albums aren't metal. But the point is to state what I do with the albums that are masterpieces.

i didnt know glenn took both solos in this song. Usually if they have two solo sections kk will take one as well. This is definately one of the most technically challening solos glenn has done, and he performed it very well live.
