Case # 1: “Mrs. Doubtfire” is a businesswoman who owns her own building(s), and who had enough compassion and money to loan to your broke arse. 🙄 Case #2: If the English bulldog puppy was never a part of the agreement, why would you have even *TOLD* the plaintiff that the puppies were stillborn? Why would it have been his business? Why would you offer to “give” him a puppy from your dam’s new litter? You had his car, he had yours, so there wasn’t even a need to keep in contact…liar. 😒

Yes there is no doubt that this tenant took advantage. What I found odd was the women saying things like "I didn't" charge him, etc. However, how can she play Loosy Goosy with the "owners" money/rent? Part of a building managers job is to present all payments, receipts etc to the owners so the costs are accounted for accurately. Too much involvement in tenants lives has caused this..

First case: When the very FIRST SOUND that comes out of the mouth of one of the LITIGANTS at the start of a court case is the word ‘YEP’, (especially if that ‘Yep’ is directed TOWARDS the JUDGE herself (!)…….WE (the viewers) can straight away make a pretty well educated GUESS that the OUTCOME of this court case will probably NOT be what that person is HOPING for!! Side note: This really fascinates me: Even though we all would like to think of ourselves as decent, thoughtful, fair and kind people, that we do not make unfounded assumptions and that we don’t ‘judge a book by its cover’, giving everybody a fair chance. But sometimes we MEET SOMEBODY (irl or via tv/video) for the very FIRST TIME. And somehow, after only seeing and/or hearing this person for JUST A FEW SECONDS, we IMMEDIATELY have an immense DISLIKE for that person, strictly based on what we experience in those few seconds…. IN SECONDS!! GENUINE RESENTMENT!! Isn’t (even our own) human behavior a weird thing?! LOLOL!! EDIT: I actually wrote the above straight after the defendant said ‘Yep’ at the start of the video, before watching the rest of it. Now I have seen the rest and not only are both points I made in the text above confirmed, I am also sufficiently fired up now to bizz-slap the bejesus out of this despicable, sad excuse for a human being that the defendant is!! (Yes, I know it’s a very old episode of this show!) ;))
