Why go through the entire case just to have it dismissed because of how long it took to file? I get it’s the law, I’m not disputing the outcome. I’m just saying the case shouldn’t have even been heard or at least dismissed early on.

To me this show talks about the law that no one knows about and shows what happens if you don't do your research but also educate people on certain laws through a medium that wont put people to sleep and can better explain the law.

I don’t understand why the case was heard at all. If the data of the submission of the claim was beyond the relevant statute of limitations for such a claim, it seems pointless to me.

Sure, but it takes a lot more coats (time and $$) to cover a bright yellow than it does a neutral tone. That's why we prefer a tenant not paint bright colors UNLESS you agree to repaint to original color when moving out. Its in many leases for that reason.

The plaintiff said he bought the paint and the defendant to paint the inside of the house. He was doing renovations for the plaintiff

first case I called bullshit. He should have been charged for painting a wall yellow if he wasnt allowed to paint it and thats according to judge faith! in another episode! lol the contradiction

I know this is late but the plaintiff said that he allowed the defendant to renovate the house,he allowed him to paint it so why now should he has to pay. The plaintiff even said he bought the paint.
