I think it was jacked up for the defendant to lie and throw the plaintiff under the bus by digging up her personal info the plaintiff told her in probable confidence. The defendant threw out that the plaintiff didn't have a license when she herself didn't even have a license! Plaintiff seemed like a sweet person.
