Another great video! Thank you for putting in the great amount of time it takes to compose this crisp, high-octane explanation of interpreting in context, judging and keeping our eyes on Y'shua (Jesus) and the grace with which He saved us. May God bless you, your work and your family.

Seen on a Seventh-Day Adventist church sign: ‘Come to our 7-day Quit Smoking Classes’. Seen on Presby church further down the road: ‘God loves you even if you smoke’. Haha.

I saw the monte python reference coming a mile away! Thanks for the good explanation/summary of how to confess rightly when someone accuses me of being judgmental. I love Luther's concept of vocations. It was basically a foreign idea to me until I started on my path to Lutheranism from my other calvinist/baptist background.

Rev. Fisk, this video reminds me of a conversation I had with my wife on the 3 uses of the Law ... and she said something so succinct, terse, condensed and perfect ... that I should have recorded it. It was something like "I HATE the Law (of God, as a sinner), but I KEEP it (as a regenerated baptized child of God) because I LOVE God (because God loved me first)" ... the words in parenthesis are my fill-in/explanations. Would such a statement be correct, biblically speaking ?

Get video. I hope you dont mind but I would like to show it to the Sunday school class I teach. The one question I have is that Rom. 14:12 vegetables verse. Did you mean Romans 14:2? No biggie but I am sure one of the youth will ask about it. Just want to point them to the correct verse.

Yes sir, there is a connection between Mormonism and Islam. They both received their revelations from an angel (of light). Coincidence? Doubt it.

Could you share the scriptural basis for your statement: "God specifically tells us not to do things that will harm our body". I don't believe there is such a basis, though, of course, we learn from scripture that God owns our bodies, having died to redeem us, so we should treat it as well as we would something that belongs to God. Accusing smokers of sinning thereby would cause them to defend themselves, which counterproduces (assumably) your goal: to get them to stop smoking.
