Judge orders Young Thug attorney to time in Fulton County Jail | FOX 5 News

After a back-and-forth that delayed Day 88 of the Young Thug, YSL RICO trial, Judge Ural Glanville upheld his order to hold Attorney Brian Steel in criminal contempt and said he would have to report to the Fulton County Jail every week for the next 10 weeks.

@@briannagaither1734 I think you're confused by my comment I think the judge and the DA are dirty and this lawyer Steele called them out on it and then judge turned and locked him up for not giving information on how he knew about it if I was Steele I would have said nobody gave me information but u just confirmed my assumption would have been the best route and it could avoided the jail time but opened him up to being liable if the judge didn't confirm that they did had done exactly what he accused them of but now you will see a civil suit filed against the judge and the da Steele played that scenario like a pro.

Steele called the judge out. The judge was wrong in so many ways! He will be investigated for judicial misconduct. He violated the Defendant's constitutional rights by meeting secretly with a witness & the prosecutor in chambers without telling the defense. Defense has a right to be present for all actions pertaining to their case. The judge was intimidating the witness to testify. Someone snitched to the defense and told them about the judge's secret meeting. The defense then made a motion to have the issue addressed and the judge demanded to know who snitched. The defense wouldn't rat the snitch out, so the judge arrested him for contempt because he is trying to coerce the attorney to snitch on the snitch.

The missing context is that the judge, opposing counsel, and prosecutor were meeting in camera making some kind of a deal and excluding Steele; someone tipped Steele off; he went before the court and ask the judge why this meeting occurred; the judge demanded to know who tipped him off; and he refused (citing attorney -client and attorney work product privilege)

In 2016, I experienced a situation where a judge conducted an investigation on me and made this declaration in court. Additionally, the judge warned that I would face contempt charges if I challenged his authority and inquired about his actions. This matter remains ongoing (in 2024) as I continue to contest it with the New York State legal system. Sometimes, all is not what it seems in the legal system.
