I usually like her but in this case she should have asked for the receipts. Because that seems suspect that mom claims to be sending money via cash app for the same things dad says he paid for. And either way the receipts on cash app won't show what for but they would show records of payment. So if she isn't consistently doing that there's the proof needed to substantiate the claim.

The judge's ruling is dumb as shit. By reducing the REQUIRED support, she now only has to pay $450. She say's she's paying $700 + $500. What the judge should have said is - stop sending the extra money. Child support will end at 18 anyway. Now the woman can stop paying everything except $450 and claim she doesn't have to pay more - which is true. She's just mad her ex moved on without her and is in a new relationship.

According to the new Trump administration, the person who is paying the child support will now be able to claim that child as a dependent on their taxes. Personally I don’t think that’s fair, because it takes more money than what it costs to raise a child than what is paid in child support. If anything, the parents should be able to claim that child every other year.
