@@maxcybagland8668 Recently. Stupid!!! IMO. They are ruining Judo. Turning it into a "Push Me-Pull Me, I'm going to tackle you like in MMA and go to the ground. Whoever gets the fewest penalty points wins". How is that Judo? There are more techniques, now, that you CAN"T do than you CAN do. Ridiculous. They had better watch out, they might find some people forming a wholly NEW Judo Organization.

Well it looks to me like the actual throw was made with her leg/knee, and any grabbing of the leg only occurred at the very end when blue was already landing on her back. Stupid NEW Rule/Prohibition any ways. IMO.
