I think there are two options for the throw at 5:14, it could be either sumi otoshi, because unlike uki otoshi he was moving forward, or it could be uchi mata sukashi, because he performs the action while avoiding the uchi mata, even though it seems he avoided it accidentally.

I think that Tsunoda is onto to something regarding tomoenage. I always aim for the pelvis just slightly below the belt.
