I mean no disrespect, but never found Turkey to be juicy. I've tried for years with the never ending KZbin videos on how to get it right, but always come up short. I'm coming to the realization that these giant lean birds were never meant for this juicy meat world.

I am sorry to hear this. I believe the key to mine is the roaster, the size of the bird, the cook time, & the basting process. I hope one day you are able to make a juicy turkey!!! Thank you for sharing your thoughts.
