Wellness has been a very important factor to my lifestyle ever since I had my two kids.
I’ve struggled with different things health wise, emotionally and mentally. Detoxing my body has defiantly become the norm in my daily life. Even when I’m on vacation I would go buy a few wellness shots or a detox smoothie. Because, of the simple fact it feeds your body the nutrients and minerals it needs. Feeling overall healthier, energetic, clear minded and free from toxins!

Ingredients:
Tropical Orange Wellness-Detox Juice -
1 Korean Melon(remove the seeds)
5 to 7 Large Oranges
4 Large Carrots
1 lemon(remove the seeds and more of the outer layer)
2” to 3” turmeric
1 ripe papaya(remove the seeds)
4 cups, water (opt)
Fat Burning Pineapple Detox Juice:
2 Large ripen pineapples
2 large Cucumbers
3” ginger
3 to 4 cups, water(opt)

When cutting a pineapple cut along the side and just work your way around as you cut….so much better than just cutting piece by piece down the pineapple and you can apply that to a lot of other fruits as well like oranges or apples etc

While assembling the juicer, I also shared my thoughts on the process. It's a decent juicer for now, but the only downside I noticed personally is that I need to chop the fruit into smaller pieces to fit.
