SWANS CROSSING!!!!!! OMG NOW YOU TOOK ME WAY BACK IN SUMMER OF 92!!!! This teen soap opera is great!!! I was only 11 years old when this aired.Even though it lasted just 65 episodes it still has a huge fan base and cult following.Sarah Michelle Gellar and Shane McDermott went on to All My Children a few months later after SC cancelled.I had a huge crush on the actress that played Sandy Swan.JT and Neil characters remind me of me and my friend.Eddie Robinson who played Neil went on to be a singer he later change his stage name to Eddie Tyclus

Fun Fact on Malibu Shores: Keri Russell and Tony Lucca were a real-life couple. They first met on The Mickey Mouse Club and started dating during the show's run. California Dreams was so good. They also put out real music the first couple of seasons. Also USA High. Malibu Shores and Breaker High were a must see because I was a MMC fan. I didn’t watch MSCL until an adult and couldn’t get past the fact Claire was like 14/15 and Jared Leto who is a weirdo irl was like 20/21

Oh, thank you so much for acknowledging & showing some love for USA High!!! That was my shit, back in the day!! I was obsessed with that show, & loved all the characters, & was sad when it was cancelled, but at least it got a proper series finale. I especially loved the whole story arc with Winnie & Christian, & how they eventually became a couple! Here you had this beautiful black girl as the object of desire of this musclebound white guy, & that was something original, that had not been done, up to that point, & race was never a factor in their story, which makes it all the more awesome! I didn't see Freaks & Geeks or My So-called Life, in their original runs. I discovered them later, but fell in love with them, once i discovered them.

I was today years old when I found out that Nicholas Guest, who played Mr. Elliot on USA High, is the younger brother of the legendary Christopher Guest (This Is Spinal Tap, Waiting for Guffman, Best in Show, A Mighty Wind, For Your Consideration), which makes him brother-in-law to the OG nepo baby/OG horror final girl/Oscar winning legend Jamie Lee Curtis. As far as My So-Called Life & Freaks and Geeks, both shows still hold up today as the most true to life portrayals of teen life, in my humble opinion. I've watched loads of teen dramas & these will always be the ones I will come back to. No wonder why many of the actors would go on to do bigger & better things down the line. Such a shame they were cancelled before their time. 💖 Thanks so much for sharing! 👍🏾
