Read your e-book in two days, reminded me of reading through your tricktutorial articles back in the day. Although I was already more flexible than average, I was able to get my right front split after the first week of following your stretching protocol. Keep up the good work!

This video is a nice compliment to the book. Reading text and also obtaining some audio/video to go along with it always clarifies things even more and help solidify these rules a little faster.

oh man - I am so excited to buy this book and work with it. I'm trying to undo the 32 years of hyper-mobility issues my body has developed... and I'm really understanding this principal that flexibility involves strength. not me just flopping into it. So I think you're info is really going to help in the long run towards recovering! looking forward it and thanks for being such a crazy inspirational muse!

greetings jijimufu recently i had a back njury at the gym it has rly put me behind cause i am not able to train properly and most of my flexibility is gone (at least for the lower back side ) i am trying to recover and stand on my feet to doing what i love again i rly enjoy watching you do all these crazy shit keep it up you are my motivation !

Hello Jujimufu, i just bought your ebook as I use to do my split since I was a kid :-) Lost all of them 5 years ago. I must say that your ebook strongly reminds me old school tutorial on internet back when I got 56k internet :-) Amazingly clear ebook and easy to use advices. Full of good informations and big plus here : no bullshit !! Keep going Jujimufu you are very "different" than the average tutorial fitness suposely bad ass youtuber that knows everything on everyone :-) Jocelyn from Paris :-)

What's a good stretch for hook kicks? Sometimes I strain my groin muscle when training. I'm also a noob lol.

Jean Neige he mentioned that if enough people show interest he may consider it, the problem is that it jacks up the price of the book and making money is not his primary goal with this book, it's availability.
