2:45pm AZ time. Hello. I love everything about my new Juki HZL-x3000. However the bobbin winder does not engage. There isn’t the disk present under the bobbin pin. I’m not sure if this makes a difference but if you can help I’d be very appreciative. Terri

what would happen if you drop the bobbin in and it's a q shape instead of the p shape? does that matter?
