I worked on a remodel for a house Jerry Seinfeld bought. I have to say the man is a class act. He flew in one weekend and catered a high end lunch for everyone on the job, about 20 people. Jerry and his entourage waited for us to be served first and then ate. He mingled with the crowd like they were all his friends. I watched him as he talked with people and recognized the mannerisms I saw on his T.V. series. It looks like he was actually just being Jerry on his show. Great man!

Jerry's great strength in Seinfeld (as with his singing here) was his ability to poke fun at his own lack of acting talent. She smiled said well hello thank you very much and saw my wife across the room and she said does you're girlfriend know you have a thing for me? and laughed. The whole thing took about a minute and then I went back to my table. Seinfeld is one show I never understood the popularity of. And I watched it quite often, as a child - being we didn’t have cable, though, got that channel. I always found the character beyond obnoxious. And I know they were meant to be, though - it wasn’t my thing, no matter how much I tried. Which, is probably why I’ve never been a fan of JLD, in general. However, she seems quite charming, here, I’ll admit. As a nearly 40yr old, I am willing to give the show a second chance, when I get the time - being I am sure much more of it will make sense to me, vs. back when I was a teen.

@@XOChristianaNicole You can't watch one episode and really appreciate the comedy. It also depends on what season you watch, the first couple of seasons were nuanced in a lot of respects. The show got much better in season 3 and afterwards. For the most part, the Show is really about the ups and downs of dating. When it wasn't, it was about having what would normally be a simple situation get completely blown out of proportion. Lastly, You have to watch and understand the characters to get the full enjoyment. Its arguable the most genius comedy show ever made. The characters Kramer and George really made the show. Its usually their antics revolving around Jerry's character.

Julia is so wonderfully delightful. She's a great interview and I have to say I am surprised and a little awed in her voice and singing talent here! Another surprise was Jerry Seinfeld's performance there at the end. The two of them should have taken a, "Broadway Bow"! And yes I am well aware this years ago.

I sure didn't see that ending coming. Total surprise. I'll bet that is the only time Seinfeld did something like that in his entire career.

I don’t think Broadway is calling for Jerry.

@@kasondaleigh LOL. Yeah, you're right. But hey, that's why the clip is so cute, good for him, that's definitely outside his comfort zone and I'll bet it was at her request that he did it. It seems like two seconds ago that clip, not 22 years!

Wasn’t Jerry’s girlfriend at the time almost 🎵 16 going on 17🎶 during this broadcast? So many layers to that bit. Love the Mitch Hedberg cameo right at the end!

What Mitch Hedberg cameo? Did i miss him walking out on stage real quick or something? Dave mentioned he was coming up, but i didn't see him anywhere.

Well I wouldn’t say without relying on money. You can’t be an unknown actor without a full time job trying to book gigs without someone supporting you financially
