I always just buy berries and freeze them myself in a bag that had blueberries prior! It saves the plastic use and berries are so easy and effortless to do so!
@lauraxyz12402 жыл бұрын
What a great and effortless idea! I’d love to do that, but sadly fresh berries are so much more expensive than the frozen ones here in Germany. :(

@lauraxyz12402 жыл бұрын
Also, die optimale Lösung quasi. 👍🏼
@melinaliebtpaul2 жыл бұрын

I think tracking calories every now and then can be a great tool and piece of information though it can easily get unhealthy for some. I used to track to learn about my protein intake and get that up because I just really struggled in that department despite always feeling so much better when I had more protein. Now I eat completely "intuitively" and feel great. I do track every now and then (at the END of the day so as to not influence my choices) to see how I'm doing and I do great most days. I also keep a limit to how many days I can track so I don't get obsessive and controlling.

Counting calories isn't stupid. Maybe it's not for you but for many people it's helpful. It could save someone's life who is struggling to eat/starving or save someone from dying of obesity. Much safer than bariatric surgery. I know for a lot of people it's a stressful waste of time but you shouldn't just write something off that has a valid purpose in this world just because it doesn't help you.

I have a rolling pin and two corkscrews (one for at home and one for taking with me to other people who might not have one :D) , but it took me several years of living alone to get there :D Also, where do you get frozen fruit in resealable bags?! Apparently Canada is different in that department, bcs I've never seen a resealable bag in the frozen food isle in the countries I lived in (Germany and Finland). I have to use tape to keep my peas, blueberries etc. from going everywhere in my freezer :D Would really appreciate resealable bags, big fan of reusing everything if possible!
