When my boyfriend and I travel I always pack, or find a store where we are staying that has Chia seeds! They are a godsend and helping us stay regular especially when we’re eating out of our normal diet.. We eat 3 tablespoons a day to stay in a good protein, fat, and fiber intake!

When at home I poor hot water from my electric tea kettle over them.. you’d be surprised at how much Chia seeds to water ratio you can do! I’d say I usually do somewhere around 3 tablespoons to 3/4 cup of water. And then when we are traveling I just hit water up in the microwave if I can find one. It creates a gelatin layer around the Chia seeds. Turns it into a pudding!

I was in Paris about 20 years ago, so I am sure a lot has changed, but I did notice that some of the waiters ignored us. Store people didn't help us right away and we got the vibe they just didn't really like Americans. Not everyone of course, but we did experience it. We were taking pictures at the Eifel Tower and some kids made fun of us "tourists". I did love how everyone has their dogs and lots of parks to walk them around, however we noticed a lot of poop on the sidewalks. You definitely have to watch where you walk! Guess they're not big on picking up after their pets.
