from one very fair red head to another, when I was in my 20's I didn't cover my forehead and just used sunscreen, fast forward 20 years and I have the wrinkliest forehead for people my age it seems. Pretty sure the sun damage was done when I was younger, now I never go without a hat, sunglasses and a buff even on the hottest days. Good luck, I love your videos.

When I did my NOBO JMT hike, Muir Pass was definitely the hardest part for me. Nice to see it again.
