I agree and that time Cape Town is very “touristy” fo the most part of it. To true get to experience a country is not to put the focus of your stay in such place but rather where you get a everyday experience of a citizen of that country.Its absolutely lovely to see S.A through the lense of a non-South African.The way his taken interest in our country from the food, the people the lifestyle etc 👌🏽😩❤️

Those chips! I can literally smell them from Toronto. Drenched in vinegar. Lived in Joburg for 3 years. The hospitality there was unlike any I’ve witnessed in my many travels. Love you SA🇨🇦 🇿🇦 Oh I miss the nightlife there

Because when people go to India nobody ever says "Oh you've been to Asia" rather "You've been to India." Every African country looks different- like day and night literally. Hey there, I am loving your vlogs - I am a registered nurse, from Durban, and it’s so cool to see SA through someone else’s eyes 🇿🇦 Sometimes (especially with this pandemic) we get caught up in life, and the issues weigh us down, we forget how blessed we are So thank you so much I have to give a thumbs up 👍 to Durban of course - it is not nearly so cold here (yes, we have just had a “cold front”, but for Durban that means maybe 15C during the day - today it was back up to 23C)

Y r so right when u say we forget how blessed we are. I was looking at Instagram n travel photos which made me want to travel n I asked myself a question n realised that all those activities I need I right at my door step and far cheaper than what I would pay if I were to go to another country. The other thing is that there's a lot this country gas to offer n I feel we sometimes opt to leave the country when there's so much we haven't really experienced here.

I love and Enjoy all your Vlogs but please when you eat atchaar make sure u dont dip whatever it is in the oil ,eat just the mango. The oil is overwhelming . Atchaar is Pickled Mango. Drain out the oil next time. Please try pap and steak ,tribe,gizzards and also add stamp and beans to the mix plus Khota and tell us how you feel about it.
