I cannot Thank you enough for this calm anxiety EFT…it saved me from having a panic attack. I was desperate as all forms of meditation were not working. I just launched into this with you and I immediately found some relief. I repeated it in the evening twice. I still did not sleep much but I was so much calmer. I am so grateful to you for presenting this. Bless the work that you do. I am going to continue along.

Julie, thank you for this video. It is like you are right here, knowing everything that I’m going through right now. It is hard to deal with the anxiety when it takes off and I get nauseated and scared, which makes the anxiety worse. Thank you for your compassion, your dedication and your love. ❤

So, I have a question for you. How is anxiety a protection for my body? You hit every thing right with how I feel about myself. Setting the bar too high. Ya. That's my weakness and I have always 'needed to do more' and of course, then comes the body pain's because no one can hit that high expectation of ones self. Thank you. It all helps
@GwendolynBellmann Жыл бұрын
Hi Julie! Thank you for that video. I will do that more often to facilitate change. One question: There is one spot that you tab that is offscreen. What spot is that? That would be super helpful. Is there an introduction to the spots, so other viewers know? Thank you again for sharing this wonderful video! Gwndolyn
@Julieschiffman Жыл бұрын
That one spot is the under arm point. It’s about three or 4 inches down from your armpit on the side of your body. Or some may say nipple line across. I do have a beginners guide and will post the link here. Thanks for asking and thanks for for watching.!!!
What is the plan with anxiety? Do I acknowledge it each time and think about it? Or do I acknowledge it and focus on something else?

Hi Julie. This helped me so much with the anxiety I have been dealing with because of a pulled tooth. But I find that tapping under my eye and nose is not comfortable to do. Should I just skip these areas? Will the end result be the same? I heard that tapping on one’s fingers is a possibility. What do you think?
@Julieschiffman2 жыл бұрын
Yes, you can tap on the points that feel best for you. And tapping on the sides of the fingers is great too. You can even rub the points instead of tap if you want. It all works! :)
@MyTomig5 ай бұрын
Dear Julie. I would like to ask you here how many times to go through this tapping session. When I am in panic mode, heavy heart, feel like I want to run, sweating, and this is a recurring symptom unfortunately which I am looking into it, it is so hard to get into tapping when stressed out so much. How many times would you recommend doing this session, until the panic subsides ?
@Julieschiffman5 ай бұрын
It may benefit you to work with someone individually on this to see help you identify what's at the root of this for you. But if you are in panic mode...try tapping and breathing and reminding yourself you are safe. I do also have a video for "stopping a panic attack now" you may want to try that one too. Hope this helps :)
