Julie, you must be an angel✨✨✨ I’m in chronic pain since many years and I’m living a huge nerf pain crisis since a month, which is (mind & body) wrecking… Discovering your channel gave me some hope again. I follow you for some time now and watch/tap with some of your videos each day…. Today I discovered this video and just did the tapping…. It helped my body to feel a bit less tensed just for a while (what a fantastic feeling) and I want to thank you for this stolen moment….🙏 I feel very touched and understood by everything you say in this video to accompany the tapping🫶 Thank you so much, Julie! 🍀

This is really amazing! I suffered pain in both my knees and at the back of both knees. I could not fold both my knees because it is painful if I did so. I can hardly climb a flight of stairs or go down from it. It was really debilitating and frustrating and i was so fearful about it. I refused to take pain relievers belieaving that i might become dependent on drugs to relieve pain. I was under this pain for a month already, I tried to use the power of gratitude and positive thoughts so i can heal, then one day, I came across this video on tapping. I tried to follow what Julie did in this video, and viola! After tapping just once, from the scale of 10, the pain became 5. I could already fold both knees without the pain and it was really a miracle for me. 😀 So, i keep tapping everyday. Now the pain is just 3. I noticed that when i do tapping, i always is yawning. After tapping, the yawning also is gone.

@@Julieschiffman yes it's wonderful. I want to ask if it works with neuropathy. Add : at the end of the day when i was going through KZbin, i saw one video for tapping and she said that for neuropathy she do certain techniques first before the tapping ( that's what i understood ) and then i got anxiety that maybe i need to reach her and find answer even though the tapping has tremendously work for me regardless of what i heard in that video. This one made me cry twice, which is telling. There are 333 likes = "masters are with you" in numerology. I have been in pain for 26 years and it's now MUCH worse due to vaccine side effects. @Julieschiffman3 жыл бұрын
You can tap on either side or both sides at the same time. Whatever feels best to you! Tap until you feel better or go in short spurts. Do a little everyday. It’s really about what feels right or best to you. Just get into a groove and do it :)

@@Julieschiffman thanks. The sequence of tapping seems to be the same in other videos so is it more to do with the mantra that you say?
@Julieschiffman3 жыл бұрын
@@jeanenestirrup5073 It’s a combination. You are correct that the sequence is the same in every round of tapping. Each point is connected to an organ in your body and helps to rebalance and align the energy in your body. The words that are used are to help you create a shift….mentally, emotionally, physically

Why do I feel so tired. Every time I do it. I keep on yawning and feel exhausted. The pain is a lot less thanks for that 100 times. But I feel really low on energy. I'm confused thought I would feel lifted up and would be feeling great.
@Julieschiffman3 жыл бұрын
It may just be that you are moving old emotions out. It is a good sign that the pain is significantly less...that means it is working for you. Not uncommon to feel tired afterwards but if you are feeling exhausted maybe just do a little bit at a time. If this is relatively new for you, your body may be sensitive and need to move the energy and emotions out. Hope this helps. Keep it up and your body will most likely get used to it. :)

I realized during tapping that swelling and sharp pain in both my hands prevents me e.g. from sorting photos I have been taking for more than 20 years, a task I have been putting off and thinking about with distaste. I wonder what the tapping on this should look like - Side of my hand: Even though I dont´t want to sort my photos I love myself completely? Points: I hate to sort the photos, I don´t want to sort my photos etc.? And where does pain come into this? Thanks for your answer.
@Julieschiffman2 жыл бұрын
Thanks for this! I would ask yourself what the actual emotions are that you feel when you are sorting the pictures. What emotions surface for you as you go thru the process?? Memories? People? You also want to address that. Let me know how that goes!

Wow, another light bulb! I'm afraid of doing some physical things and subconsciously justify it because of the pain. Even though I know the pain itself can't prevent me, but it's some mental laziness that I just don't want to do these things and SAD doesn't help. I used to push myself to participate in everything because of FOMO or fear of rejection. Then I learned to say No, but then feel guilty and regretful. And the pain continues. Not sure how to make peace with myself, or motivate myself? because most of the time I don't really know what I want to be doing...
@Julieschiffman3 ай бұрын
It's not mental laziness. Self compassion for the pain you experience along with other symptoms can go a long way. There may be some resistance, yes...but its not laziness. Tap on all the things that come up for you around it. it can help a lot!
