July Recap: what I bought, what I sold & what I RESISTED | best month - until it wasn't!

This is my monthly shopping recap for the month of July: I want to share with you, what I bought in July, what I sold and what my biggest shopping temptations were, which I have been able to resist. In July I've been really good - until I wasn't and even bought a Chanel bag! At the beginning of the month I did not even browse a whole lot and was hardly tempted to purchase anything, but then spotted to preloved luxury gems, that I wasn't able to resist. Reflect with me on my monthly shopping recap for July.
About my channel
My name is Mary, I'm a luxury lover on an average income - especially in love with designer handbags.
I'm all in for preloved and hunting down a bargain, with a little splurge here and there.
The older I get, the more I realize, how time is the most precious thing we can have: therefor, I want to spend less and be more mindful with my money.

Mary, I love that you’re doing these monthly recaps! I’m on a no-buy, so fully appreciate the challenge to not buy every pretty thing we see online, hehe. I’m in the midst of a big closet clean-out / reorganization project, and just realized that I really have no space for new bags. I have that many bags, haha! I’ve made the most of my space, so everything I have now has a “home,” so to speak. I’m definitely at the point where some need to go if something new is coming in. I was spending too much money on bag purchases, so after my last few earlier this year, I just stopped cold turkey. It’s good to hold ourselves accountable for what we spend. With that said, I’m looking forward to seeing your new Chanel purchase! ❤

I love the pink those shoes! I think you mentioned Stan Smith… the shell cap are actually adidas superstar shoes 😍🫶 I collect them and Nike dunk low shoes too (you might like them too if you find these comfortable - they feel lighter than the superstar) ❤

I love this series! ❤ dear, if you feel a little guilty because of the new Chanel but end up loving it, maybe you could sell some of your other designer bags that you don’t use currently? This could help with the „financial damage“ 😊

@@ollyah1 unfortunately it needs a whole lot of Kurt Geiger bags to make up for a Chanel 🤭 - but yep, because of the Chanel purchase, I started to think about bags, I would be willing to let go off. The Kurt Geiger one sold so fast 😳 the same day I listed it (probably a sign, that I offered it a tad too cheap 😂)

Yep my full name is Marion ☺️, but my sister stared calling me „Mary“ very early on - eventhough Mary is not a German nickname. Sometimes when I feel like I overspent, I start „impulse selling“ - hope I won’t regret, that I let go of the Kurt Geiger bag (especially since it just makes up for a tiny part of the Chanel price 🙈).
