from what I understand about creatine supplementation, the creatine compound helps re-uptake inorganic phosphate produced by the breakdown of energy for muscle (ATP) to form phosphocreatine. the phosphocreatine compound that gets formed can then be broken down by creatine kinase to make ATP again. it is a very efficient process

i think the proposed mechanism of creatine is just increasing phosphocreatine stores so that more is available when you perform an exercise. and more pc = more atp readily available. not 100% sure

To a certain extent. I’ve found it helps guys that aren’t very flexible, but there is such thing as over stretching. A couple of years ago I stretched super intensely every day and my vert went down. Now I’ve found that it’s best to stretch 2-3 times a week

Creatine actually basically puts more water into your muscle increasing muscle density and strength and therefore not increasing your max capacity for power and strength

Лол , короче на этом этапе подготовки он увеличивает объем тренировки, то есть количество выполненной работы, чтобы нарастить мышцы, чуть позже он будет увеличивать рабочие веса и уменьшать количество подходов и повторений, чтобы усилить мышцы. Вот , если коротко
