No matter what workout you do. For first 3 weeks your body will slowly react. Don't give up for first 3 weeks. On 4th week you can see your body responding to your workouts. Never give up.

Been doing this once in the morning and once in the evening Monday through Friday. Doing 30 min of walking and some toning exercises in between. Gotta say I am feeling GREAT! Also feeling more confident. Highly recommend this.

Yes it does work i use to be 140 at just 13 and know I’m at 100 so yes and also you don’t need a diet just eat less fatty food like if I use to eat 3 slices of pizza only eat two or if you only eat 2 pieces eat only one and no soda and that all just be healthy and after you start to see results if u what more result start a diet that what I do!!!

Day 1 of doing this workout and it was great! Before I was 65kg, now I’m 70 (I got lazy because of lockdown again). I wasn’t really motivated but my aimed weight is 60kg, before my weight gain I loved to exercise and just play basketball near the courts and indoor exercises. To anyone watching, YOU CAN DO IT! As this is my 15th time doing this workout, It has gotten easy for me. I remember on my first workout, this was so hard and I was so sweaty. Now, I find this workout very easy because my body is used to doing this workout. This workout helps me burn at least 200/100 calories each time I do this. I’m 46 gained 23lbs being home all the time during covid. I’ve no time for running, gym, and lost most of my desire and energy. I always thought it sounded dreadful to get up early to exercise before work. but I'm homeschooling my son and since school started inSeptember, I get up early and workout and even though some mornings hard to get myself out of bed, I'm so glad I do! I feel so much better during the day now!

Hey I'll actually update my results from doing this workout daily. im a girl starting at around 57kg with a bit of stubborn abdominal fat to lose :- ), and just looking to get fitter day 1: did this two times through since i felt energised by it! day 2: my calves ... felt so tight... but did it once through ! day 3: my calves are so stiff and painful that i decided to do low impact exercise and walking instead - day 4: at it again, really enjoy doing it its so nice to see my stamina improve and start to consciously push myself to do it with more vigour and faster etc. results not necessarily visible yet but its so soon. day 5: did it following Holly's lower ab workout! loving how sweaty i get it really feels like its doing good. I'm looking a little more toned *possibly*, but im not weighing myself till day 7 because i fluctuate so much day 6: still going... my calves get less sore now but also I stretch them properly after :-) finding it easier each time. day 7: still going, cant see a weight change but think my waist has slimmed.

Correction: 3 kilos not lbs. Update: It's been a week since I started this without any other exercises and I lose 1 kilo. From 65 kl to 61 kl since April 13 2020. I am in a low carb diet and been only eating twice a day. Introduced more protein rich foods into my diet. No sweets. I eat processed foods but in moderation.

Asma Pervez I start every session with Holly’s indoor walking workout (15 min) then the jumping jacks (10min), the slim legs workout and the bigger butt workout (14min) and muffin top workout (15min). I made a YT playlist and it makes me working out every body part. I didn’t change a lot with the diet but I don’t have much time to eat during the day, I tend to skip the breakfast (bad very bad) but I take time to enjoy a good salad and protein at lunch. Intermittent fasting works pretty well. ☺️ hope it’ll help !

I’m doing this because for the last three years I struggled with an eating disorder. I still want to have my dream body, but I want to do it the healthy way. I want to eat three meals a day and keep up with my vitamins and exercise. One like is a reminder for me to love myself and take care of my body another day 💜 Day One: I’m 103.5 lbs right now; my goal is to bring it into the 90s! And tone my abs! Day Two: Didn’t weigh myself, because I had a lot of food for dinner. Workout complete ! Day three: Done… Day four: This workout is hard for me, not physically, but mentally. The weight gain that comes with eating three meals a day and excersizing like this hurts. I’m 107 lbs right now.

can't believe I did it!! I weigh 94kgs and I am obese so I thought it would be impossible. I did it in 14min though because it takes time for me for the transition from the one move to the other. I also do 5 min warm before and 5 min cool down so it takes average 25 min but I will do it 6 days a week and give feedback. Tx

I love this!! Thank you! I did it 3x through yesterday for a 30 min workout and felt so good! It's been tough staying motivated to exercise during lockdown so this is just what I needed to get back into a healthy routine.

I will be doing this workout from tomorrow ,I have been extremely negligent to my changing body for so long being trapped in heartbreak and exam stress but I cannot afford to do it anymore and there is nothing better than holly's workouts to fall back in love with exercising.

Start weight: 63kg Current weight: 61,8kg (12 days) After 3 next days i lost 1 more kg approximately: 60,8kg After≈3weeks: 58,5kg I stopped doing those workouts for 1,5 months. I've changed to another one which is tougher and now my weight is 57kg Keep going sweeties

I´ve had quite a few rough weeks recently due to all of the work I had to accomplish and my eating disorder. I just felt dead inside. Then I saw this video and I tried it and yes, I was sweating, but I was smiling during all exercises - thank you for making me feel alive again

Glad I came to this site; I started star jump in September and just lost over a stone. The only change to my diet is not eating food filled with preservative. I am not following this workout, but I am doing about 10* 4 star star jumps daily. I’m not too fond of exercise, but this exercise is good. Anyone trying to lose weight must do it. One tip is to pay close attention to the foods label when purchasing food. Enjoy jumping FWL.

I did this at 1.25x and did all but six jumping jacks in sync with you! Even the super fast ones! It may have been 25% faster but it was 100% sweatier! Thanks!

I started with this excercise. I thought it will be easy, but trust me for first timer I literally couldn't complete the full video. But very effective, after effect was very relaxed. Will continue this for next 60 days to see the effect.

This is my 4th day. I feel much energetic mentally than before. I am suffering from migraine. This excersice was much better for my mental health. Physically I could see change as well. I am slowly gaining the endurance, but still little away to complete full video. Will continue and update

"my diet consists of junk food and soda" vs "my diet consists of only organic whole foods" are BOTH DIETS, just different diets. A diet is what you eat, regardless of what it is. You must be confused with people who say "go on a diet" which they mean to lose weight or fat which is technically wrong, and should be "go on a healthier diet" which could be a "not eat till full and eat clean food" DIET

@@hla1953 sorry, for the late reply! I did 16:8 intermittent fasting. Ate whatever I wanted but in a portion and drank water to keep myself full. You can try to drink acv drink if you want. Hope that helps❤️

I'm so happy I rediscovered you after losing access to my original account (technical issues). My fitness Trinity is now complete. Chloe Ting Cassey Ho Holly Dolke!!! 😍🤩 Missed your videos. Also, till we get a structure built, jumping and even stretching upwards has to be done outdoors. Campers shake too much and have short ceilings. Can't wait to be able to to do this without the creeping thought of our creepy neighbors trying to leer at any female.

WEEK 1------------ Day 1: ✅ weight 59.5kg Day 2: my legs and arms got hurt, take a rest one day 😂 Day 3: ✅ still hurt but done. After the 2nd day, I still feel like I’m breathing through my ears 😂 Day 4: Take a rest Day 5: Take a rest Day 6: ✅ I lost weight to 59.0kg 😮 Day 7: ✅ I'm getting used to the exercises

I started today. This is the first video I've seen in which so much emphasis is on jumping jack, I love it, all the others are full of mountain climbing, which I hate :D i'm curious how it'll work with hypothyroidism...

I realize as I get older, I’m avoiding jumping exercises when I do cardio - and keeping it strictly low impact. Although that’s still healthy - I realize at age 51, I better start doing some impact exercises now and then if I want to preserve my bones!! 💪 🦴 This is a great quick little impact routine that is manageable for someone like me. The moves are simple, uncomplicated and not so high impact that I’m utterly drained and exhausted! Thank you for this great workout!! 🙏👍

Doing this for weight loss Day 1 : really hard, i was really tired Day 2: even harder than day 1, i couldn't do the last minute, i was just " dead" I will keep you updated😄 For people asking why i don't update. After doing the workout in the 3rd day my stomach started hurting really bad, i was in pain for 20 minutes non stop. That's the reason i quited doing this workout.

@@arpenmanukyan63 It happened to me too while I was doing heavy cardio workouts! Do u have any digestive issues? And also,drink 2 to 3l water,drink ginger boiled water and also please do workouts that suit your body the best (I do Chloe❤️)

Ok, I’d been putting this one off for a long while now as I have a painful tendon issue near my calf muscles and jumping jacks repeatedly tend to be just too painful. When we lived in Copenhagen, DK I tore the tendon near the calf muscle on my right leg due to running when it was already hurting (I didn’t listen to my body and was on crutches for two weeks). So I did have to go into jump rope movements on two of the segments through this 10 minutes as the pain was building and I don’t want to tear another tendon. But I liked his workout a lot. Thanks, and I’m pleased that I made it through to the end without injuries. xx
