Don't be afraid to take more breaks. It's absolutely fine! And you'll increase your calorie burn!

@@BurpeeGirlLiss awesome to know!! Literally after each break I HAD to stop for like 3-5 minutes. I would stretch it out or lift weights and start back up again. I literally couldn't get through it.

Well i just finished..& O...m..G!!! This was work! Wwooo i enjoyed it. Instead of the running in place i did sprint runs from 1 end of the gym 2 the other. Round 4 was the killer. I realized i was burned out when my cat took all my attention. Lol But in 1 way or another, i still finished it! Great workout... I really need 2 work on my jumping jacks so i will definitely b doing again! Thank U!! 💖👏👏👍💃💪

My legs are on fire. I would have loved a stretch at the end nonetheless, it was fantastic. When you say to rest on the video in between workouts, what are we meant to do? 🙏🤗

What I do is work through the 10 black and white seconds, and walk around the house between rounds! i especially recommend doing this with more intense workouts, like this one. It really increases your burn. You'll get about 15 calories plus with each break.

I don`t have a Fitbit or anything of the sort. I`m hesitant in getting one. I`ve read about them not being accurate. I don`t know, it probably depends on the product. I just work out and let the body do its thing :) However, I would love for everyone who keeps track of these details to post their heart rate or calorie burn with my workouts.

@@BurpeeGirlLiss Thanks for the reply!! There is probably something wrong with me, but with the gym closures, I feel like I am not pushing myself enough with the lack of equipment. At the gym, you just have access to more and maybe it was all mental, but I felt like I was probably burning more calories. Since your videos emphasize at home workouts, would you ever share what a weeks routine looks like for you? Thanks so much for all your videos...They are great!

@@davidvenne1134 My routine has been pretty chaotic lately. During the summer I usually workout outside (mostly bodyweight hiit or hiit +weights) once a day, 5 days a week. I like mixing up cardio with strength. I love using kettlebells for static exercises and follow up with a run (or cardio of choice) after each weighted exercise. However, lately I've lacked structure, and just work out when I get the chance. Sometimes daily, other times 2-3 times a week. We do what we can...

Hi, Larry! Try adding one liss workout per day to your usual routine. Your calorie burn for the day will significantly increase without leaving you exhausted. It's really working for me.
