Its been 3 months or so , I am jumping rope almost daily and on a good diet plan which resulted into losing 11kgs. Jumping rope has become kind of hobby now. Thank you🙏😌

I see the title, "10 Min Cardio Jump Rope Workout" and think "Oh 10 minutes is nothing..." Then I see the whole workout and "more advanced jumpers should do the workout 2-3 times". Okay, Dan, now that makes it a killer workout :) I like how many different areas it targets in less than 10 minutes, though

Have done 3000 jumps per session for a week now, completed today in under 1800 seconds. All this on two artificial knees, bilateral replacement in September 2014. JRD has motivated me to get back my life; for me, daily workouts and eating sensibly go together.

I just started jumping few days ago before that I was doing jogging everyday for about 30min with some other exercises. Let's see how effective jumping ropes are as it seems more comfortable and can be done in a small place. I did 1000 jumps today (100x10 sets with 45 sec interval in-between) with proper posture as mentioned in one of your beginners video my calves started burning like hell tho so now taking some rest and getting ready for the evening I hope I atleast reach an average good looking body shape. Thank you for your hardwork and introducing people to this. 77 kg now.

I did 2 rounds outside: oh my goodness, it’s so warm! But the squats, push-ups etc. allowed my heart rate to calm a bit. Loved it: thank u!

@@PrincessAisha2006 Avoid rice and fast food. Rice twice in a week is fine. Ur normal food is fine but a small amount. I started at 1000 jumps per day as I had little experience. Then increased it to 2000 in 2 weeks. U can start at 500 per day and increase it every week.

Great videos loving the Jump rope workouts. Inspired by your videos doing jump ropes from past 15 days. Doing 1200 daily in a span of 20 mins. Doing sets of 100 or one min, and taking 45-60 secs break for the next one. Will that be fine, please confirm.

This is my main Cardio Workout. I do this 2 to 3 times around noon at home (Before lunch), and then lift weights in the evening at the Gym.

I’ve been doing the 10 min beginner jumprope tutorial on your channel for almost 5 months and along with eating healthier (and less) and skateboarding I’ve already lost 30 ilb. I started doing that tutorial twice in a row but THIS one is exactly what I’ve been needing as a next step. Just completed one and Im fully exhausted, gonna try for two in a month or so. Hey guys, is it normal to feel extremely pain in the front part of left shin, like in the middle of the bone, after doing a lot boxer skips?

Shin splints can occur in diff areas of the shin. Sometimes the front or the side. A lot of things take into effect. The type of shoes, the surface you're jumping on, or if you are taking rest days from jumping. It can all add up.

Does anyone else get really bad foot pain when jumping? I’m not sure if it’s my shoes or sensitivity but I can jump for about 10 mins straight and then after that I get this really bad pain where I can barely stand. I push through the pain but it’s really affecting my workout intensity because I have to take a lot of breaks to relieve tension. If anyone has this problem or has any tips please help me out!

There's no easy answer, unfortunately. it depends a lot on your specific metabolism, body size, heart rate and athletic level. You can look up some free calculators online and there's a few different apps that can give you a good estimate of calorie burn.

It varies a lot based on the person, your metabolism/history, etc. Try searching online for a free calorie tracker, one that will consider many variables like your age, sex, weight, etc. Hope this helps!
