Hi. In the beggining of the video you mentioned that a lot of people on the internet have an overcomplicated morning routine and it is much harder to stick to it. I agree, however I really wanted share my observations on this topic. I have watched your night routine video, and I think that you just do the same tasks as other people, however in different time. What I mean by this is that in night and mourning routines there are nessesary things which you can't exclude from this part of the day, like breakfast in the morning or shower in the evening. But there are things which are often done at those times, however could be moved from one time to another. For example journaling, reading or planning. Therefore, basicly people just have or complicated mourning routine, or complicated night routine (or they are just lying). So you just have to chose when it is more convinient for you to do "movable" tasks. So yes. Idk if it was important, probably you know it already, but I hope my comment was helpful for someone

@jun_yuh8 ай бұрын
hi! amazing. such a surreal experience to get published while still in school. was always a milestone! what do you think of it?
@ChavisvonBradfordscience8 ай бұрын
@@jun_yuh I couldn't access the entire paper from Sci-Hub. However, based on the Abstract, it was quite intriguing to learn how transition metal catalysis allows for the efficient synthesis of complicated structures in active pharmaceutical ingredients. From a physicist's position, I infer that the availability of electrons in Palladium's "s" orbital allows for the development of stable coordination complexes with chelating chemicals, increasing the chelation process. But I'm more intrigued by your role in this study. Was your contribution in improving efficiency, developing a data-driven model, reducing experimentation in the model, or something else entirely? Could you provide an in-depth video about how to put together a paper and submit it?

This video really helped me understand. Mornings are important and my schedule is so unorganized and not consistent. I deal with aniexty and deppression. I rely on if people are doing good or not. I struggle with a lot of that. I do have an addiction with my phone though. My parents say it does depend on ur mood the "phone" I agree with that its the fact that I'm scared if I don't reply or I'm not always texting people due to abandonment issues. Im not sure on where to start and to break off the habit. I need a morning routine and a night routine and need consistency in my life though.

I think what you mentioned about your energy level suddenly dropping because you ate too much might have something to do with glycemia. Basically, depending on the food you eat, your blood sugar levels will increase. When it gets too high, it will drop rapidly and cause the slump you mentioned. For example, eating something and then feeling a significant slump close to sleepiness two hours later. Now, I'm no expert, but this is the gist of glycemia. Eating and combining foods that don't spike your blood sugar too high too suddenly will prevent you from feeling those kinds of slumps and be better for your body in the long term. This is a big possibility, I think. Anyway, thank you for your content; it's awesome to follow you. It brings me up and keeps me motivated toward the things that matter to me. Keep it up! ❤️

I noticed that I would doom scroll a lot, both as soon as I woke up and during the day and initially I just put a timer on the apps that I used the most, but that didn't help much, so I now have deleted both instagram and tiktok from my phone. Ans while I was mostly on instagram, constantly I tell you, now that it isn't there I no longer look for it. My account is still active, I can log on from a site or my laptop, but, I no longer have the "need" for it. I do miss your reels though, and everytime I manage to get myself to study I bit more, the clip of you dancing on the bed for those 5min of studying keeps playing in my head. Thank you so much for your advice, I wish I had found someone like you earlier, but better late than never right? Also, I will definitely be trying the light trick, since it's dark when I wake up as well.

What if classes start at 8, and u have to be in the train station around 6.40? Say one hour to get ready, so i usually wake up at 5.30. Now even if I wake up at 4, i don't think it's enough time to fully get stuff done, cuz i need around 30 min to brush my teeth, move around, get my things and start studying. How can i reschedule my morning routine? Or maybe have an afternoon one, since my classes end by 1 pm.
