Love how you centre this around glorifying God. As a Christian who’s watched a lot of productivity videos, I’ve often wondered how the productivity culture fits in with my faith, so this is really encouraging - bless you brother! ✝️🙏❤️ 8:17

Your study tips have worked for my ADHD. I go to medical school and I'm constantly overwhelmed. I just feel like I can't stick to anything, and I'm spiraling day in and day out. Your videos have helped me get out of this rut. I'm insanely grateful for having found this channel. I came across your Instagram page in 2022, and I'm so proud of how far you have come Keep going, Jun!

I have 2 Night Alarms since the 7 grade. I always stayed up reading than i started to have an Alarm to tell me i should read till the end and go to sleep, my life improved so much. I still do that 10 years later, my friends all think i‘m crazy cause i added one that‘s call „brush theeth“ but that one helpes me really much during exame phases. Cause, and i know it sounds crazy i forget it when i‘m streesed or in a depressiv phase. All i can say is try it as well.😋

Waking up for tahajjud or having night prayers as a Muslim requires us to sacrifice our time and focus on worshipping God.... It's voluntary prayers so if you don't, it's okay but it's best to pray extra salaah so that we can gain that special type of love Allah talks about. This does not mean that you can't be productive at night... As long as you're doing work that is important not staying up and doing unnecessary things that won't benefit you in this world and the next... Remember the time you have belongs to Allah not you. He created time so he owns it.

So I took some time to try this routine out over a few days and see how it works before I comment. And it really does. It’s not a huge change in my life but it’s a change that counts. That half an hour for tidying up and preparing for the next day is surprisingly helpful and I always appreciate it the next morning. The only thing I changed is the last half an hour. I honestly couldn’t see myself journaling every day so I changed it to reading instead. Now I honestly look forward to that routine, because it really feels like the time that’s only for me, where I can genuinely relax and forget everything else.

I just needed some timing for my Nightly Routine which is not much different. Just as Adm. McRaven's "Make Your Bed" is the completion of the first task of the day, I leave the kitchen sink "clean and clear" at the end for a fresh start in the morning. Using the idea of how one day ends affects how the next begins, I practice the 3 Gratitudes using a Steno Pad. A few years ago, my diocesan paper had an article on the Daily Examen using the acronym GRACE. This could easily fit into the Prep period. G=Gratitude, when I write my 3 Gratitudes. R=Request for light as I look back on my day, reflecting on both the good and the bad I have done. A/C =action plan as I write my to do list/check my calendar for the next day. As a Catholic, I also pray my Act of Contrition before Exultation to end my day before I write in my journal. I don't want to be writing in my journal too late at night. This will help me be more consistent.

Do you have any tips for creating a night routine as a teenager? For example, I struggle a lot with consistency because my parents change dinner time every day (one day we eat at 6pm, another day at 8:30pm). Usually, I tend to start my routine after dinner, but it gets very difficult when there is no consistency. I have tried setting a specific dinner time with my parents, didn't work:) Also thanks for this video Jun, it is very helpful! Keep up the good work:)

I do well in some subjects even though I study every day, but I always feel stressed and even anxious. Although I have studied well and I am afraid that this will affect me, because at the end of this year I have a big exam and I do not think that I will prepare for it well because of my psychological state. Thank❤❤❤❤ you very much for your clear efforts in the videos, which helped me with many problems since I am an introvert.❤❤❤

Hi Jun, I really want to create a night and morning routine and really like yours, but I'm not sure if it'll work for me... I'm still in middle school, so classes start at 9 a.m. and I'm usually sleepy in it no matter how early I go to bed, and it's easier for me to concentrate and study late in the evening. Does this mean that my peak activity is in the evening and your morning and night routines won't work for me as well as for you, or maybe I should just add more brain and body awakening activities into my morning routine so that I don't feel sleepy in class and can be more productive and active during the day?
