Thank you so much for your content and the laughs. I just lost my father to lewy body dementia. I've been taking care of him for the past 3 years. He had a heat stroke in July and went to a rehab for a couple of months. His wish was to pass at his house and I was with him 24/7 for the last 5 weeks until he passed in my arms. I'm trying to write the obituary today for Thanksgiving. I have not worked for the last 3 years to take care of him. Now I'm stuck with no money. I can't even by clothes for the funeral. Dad was a pack rat and has 2 40x40 shops full of stuff including many old cars and trucks that he and I planned to finish when he retired. The lewy body took all of that from me. I even have a couple of my own someday model As. All of my possessions are at a friend's house in fort worth and I have until the end of the year to get it all moved to my dads place in the country, but because of how the will was made out I won't have any access to cash for 61 days. I miss my dad so much especially today on Thanksgiving day. I need to get a job so I can get my stuff moved, but I let my health decline while I took care of dad. I need glasses, my teeth taken care of and to get my high blood pressure under control. I just pray I can find the strength and the way to clear out enough of my dads stuff so I can move mine down here. I pray for the strength to just get through the memorial service. My dad was my best friend and the person I talked to about everything. Thank you again for the laughs and helping not just me but everyone else out there that is going through a hardship. Lewy body dementia is a terrible disease and I was here to watch dads full decline. I'm thankful he is in a better place. I miss and love you so much dad!

Best rivet removal...cut the rivet heat clean off and use a body hammer point in and use sledge hammer to hit the flat end of the body hammer. 👌

Fastest way to do rivets is zip wheel a deep cross cut into rivet head then chisel each section--will pop right off!! And fyi that old centercap with an R on it is from old ramblers! Have a happy bird day...

When you EGR delete and install a Weber on these Japanese 4 bangers the timing always has to be fine tuned as well as that 32/36. You know this.. Just figured I'd chime in. Because I'm in a constant cycle of fine tuning the 77s 20R... You know the truck! And no I ain't doing no steelies! 😂

On my 74, where the power from the harness to the distributer there was a flat blade that came out of the distributer, the power wire plugged onto this blade. When you pulled the wire off or pushed it on it felt very tight. It wasn't really though.when fully on it wobbled a bit. One day up in the mountains it would run fine going down hill and on the flats, but not up some hills. I got into a place I couldn't go up the hill on either end of this valley. Turns out as I was going up the hill the engine load rocked the engine enough so the wobbly wire connection would kill the engine. I squeezed the wire terminal a bit to tighten the connection and plugged it back on. If Slicks Luv plugs together the same way, that may be the reason it stumbles under certain circumstances.
