It was just a chinese replacement stator assembly off ebay.

I am building my own pw80 right now and am wondering how hard it was to get your clutch cover back on cause I am having trouble getting mine back on the bike

Ok thank you it seems to be something around the kickstart cause that side does not want to go down and stays up about a quarter inch

The stud spec is like 7 ft/lbs dude...

Head studs are 10 ft pounds and those chinese studs are garbage and strip out before you even get to 10

Please, for the love of god, never put loctite on engine studs ever again. That block is junk now. You’ll never be able to rebuild the top end again, if you booger up one of those studs. Also, you overtorqued them by more than double. That’s why they bent.
