Jupiter locals take advantage of rough surf caused by Hurricane Helene

As Hurricane Helene makes its way to Florida’s panhandle, those in south Florida are taking advantage of the windy conditions.
“I’m chilling, having a good time. It’s beautiful out here actually,” said Randy Ingram, a Jupiter local.
