In the defence of Rex vs Indo, it is speculated T. rex may have been a highly territorial animal and we know for a fact that in the JPverse it is true, thanks to TLW's Buck and Doe. Rexy may have seen Indo as a territorial rival, and they do stare at each other roaring for a moment before charging into action
@markcobuzzi826

To add to what you said, the T-Rex initially only attacked the Indominus Rex, by taking quick snaps and slowly pushing her back. It was only after the T-Rex was nearly killed and got back up, that she started to treat it as a serious fight to the death. That was when the T-Rex stopped pulling her punches and started slamming the I-Rex into buildings, ramming her opponent with full force, etc. To me, that is entirely consistent with an animal, which would try to minimize a fight with an equally-sized opponent, unless there was no other option. Arguably, the T-Rex may have simply not expected the I-Rex to be so murderous and, therefore, got surprised and overwhelmed in the beginning.

In the marketing before FK came out, the DPG website said the pterosaurs went berserk because the aviary was not the right type of habitat for them and they got overstimulated by their newfound freedom. While this explanation is not shown in any of the films (and ironically is barely canon since they hired fans to write this marketing) I think its a fine explanation. Plus in the next movie the pteranodon ignore people both on the island and on the mainland and basically just act like animals as you described.

Roberta and the Indominus were practically identical in size and threat-level; that combined with Roberta's hungery state, the flare which signalled food, AND the territorial behavior that the Roberta was showing is what started the conflict. As mentioned above a bit, the rex was more taking small bites and was getting tossed around quite a bit. Only in the second round did she attack in full force, showing a bit of her older glory from her free days. The only real part that bugged me about JW isn't even the behavior of the Indominus, but rather the explanation of it. I am a proponent of the "Cockatoo theory" - Scratchmarks on the inside of the cage were just because she was trying to break out. - Claire threw in a steer, signalling dinner time, so like any camophlaging hunter does, she hid first, stalking her prey. - Humans panic, and enter the enclosure; new treats for the Indominus. This must be her lucky day! - the humans run out of the cage, with the big door open. Indie decides to explore, as any curious bird would. - Cockatoos are notoriously destructive, and will break things for fun; so when she came across a herd of apatosauruses, she thought it'd be a fun game to chase them down until they break. - Cockatoes are also well-known for being social animals, and will try to communicate with similar species like other birds, mimicking and repeating behavior; similar to what the Indominus did with the raptors. - The raptors turning on their human handlers was simply because of their hunting instinct, since hide-and-seek ends in a treat, and they weren't getting anything. "Drones don't eat people if you forget to feed them" - The final fight; by now the indominus has had several bad encounters with humans that try to hurt it; the raptors are not showing adequate agression towards the humans, and the indominus at the start didn't even seem to be hostile towards the humans. Blue lets out a roar and gets smacked aside. This would've been a simple reprimande were it not for the Indominus size. - The other raptors turn on her; the human starts shooting etc, and she's done with everything. At this point, she's gotten confirmation that humans are painful and she decides to get rid of them. - then another large bird shows up, and squares off. Cockatoes are very defensive, and will hold their ground a lot more than most other birds, so she stands her ground. The rex roars, goes in for a small reprimande, and the indominus now also registers the rex as a threat, and fights back. Anyone who's seen a cockatoo fight on a bad day knows how this will end; so she decides that she will stop this threat completely. so yeah, all of the indominus behavior can be explained by modelling it from the perspective of a pissed off cockatoo.

This makes no sense. Why wouldnt she go full in kill mode untill after she got taken down? Thats not how nature works, when u see a couple of lions fighting they dont "snap" at eachother, they first try to intimidate their opponent and then they both try to do the most dmg possible to their opponent while trying to take the less dmg possible in return
@Raithial
@Raithial 2 жыл бұрын
@@youlaughyouphill842 Roberta wasn't fully in the fight, and got caught by surprise and not fully prepared. From her perspective she went in chasing a little prey only to find another large carnivore. You have to remember that she was the top predator for a VERY long time, and she did weaken considerable after her capture by Hoskins. After she went down once she was now fully doped up on adrenaline and that's when she went in to kill. It's not completely how "nature" works, but it is how wild animals that have escaped captivity work.

One weirdly specific thing I kinda liked: The gyrospheres are just plain goofy in general and would be a terrible idea, since guests can plow into herbivores. That being said, there's something very "setup -> payoff" about the gyrospheres being built strong enough that they'd generally discourage a dinosaur from attacking them, and the Indominus having a ridiculous snake jaw that manages to grip onto it anyway. Even the Rex would've found gyrospheres to be annoying but inedible.

The fall of the park should have been a tradgedy to better reflect the message of dinosaurs being animals and not monsters. They already showed the mass herbivore stampede when the kids were in their gyro balls. The destruction of the park and the deaths of some hundreds of guests could have been the result of one monster and a heap of paniking animals. A mass stampede could easily release more animals and destroy eletrical infastructure. If the chopper was closer to the avairy hole some pterasaurs in a panic to escape the indomitus rex and not compeehending helicopter design could have ran into the blades and been killed, and inadvertantly brought the chopper down. Making this a tradgedy for the pterasaurs, and the helicopter crew in Simon Masrani's attempt to slay the monster. Hell you could even have the finishing be Owen, Clare and the kids in a surreal scene of them walking through the scene of absolute carnage whilst the carnivores of the park go to work cleaning up the mess.(I'm imagining dead and dying herbivores from the stampede, fried dinosaurs from before mentioned eletrical hazards and the indomitus's trail of bodies)

I agree. I say it all the time but it looks and feels like a Transformers fight. The cgi, the camera angles, the music. When Rexy arrived, it was way too happy. The music needed to be ominous in order to sell to us that this is more bad news...not their savior coming to rescue them. They should’ve used the dark music from The Lost World where the Buck breaks free from the cargo hold and leaves the ship. I think while Indy was trying to grab the boys, we have Claire run open to the Rex gate and wait with the flare. We see the gate open, see glowing eyes, and Claire takes off without waiting. We don’t see her make contact with Rexy and start running; we cut back to Indy trying to grab the boys. Then we hear the classic rex roar and it’s quiet. This causes the boys and Indy to stop moving, and Indy’s hand hovers there in front of them. She looks next to her and we see a flare on the ground, already thrown down next to her. Claire is already hiding behind the trees. Owen stands up and sees her, in disbelief she freed a rex. Crying, she WHISPERS “Run!” We hear Rexy’s steps, and the music takes that ominous tone we heard in TLW. Rexy busts through the spino skeleton in full motion much like the Buck burst through the warehouse. There’s no slow motion, no loud music, no posing to roar. Once she sees Indy the low music stops. They size each other up and here’s where there are parts of the fight I liked, such as them roaring at each other and Rexy making the first move to protect her territory, overwhelming Indy who isn’t used to a large predator with that much power so she uses her powerful arms to push Rexy’s head away, then Rexy being overwhelmed by Indy who would immediately go for the kill rather than intimidation. But Blue appearing alone after being that badly injured and not even ambushing Indy but full-on shrieking and leaping at her from the front? Nope. I understand some animals do indeed keep getting up and fighting but this would not be that situation. I think if Owen were to shoot at Indy, or Barry appeared and found them and started shooting at her, this could serve as the distraction. If we need to hear Blue, make it her calling out for her pack not knowing they were just killed while she was down. Any of this could distract Indy to look up after she knocked down Rexy. This could’ve resulted in Rexy taking that moment to bite down on Indy’s hand above her and not let go, completely crushing it as we hear Indy roar in pain. Rexy uses her foot to kick Indy and knock her down next to her while still clamping down on her hand. Rexy stands up, still holding Indy’s hand, and places her foot onto Indy’s ribs to hold her there but Indy stabs her foot with her other hand, causing Rexy to let go and step back. As Indy attempts to stand, Rexy grabs her and continues to toss her into buildings closer and closer to the lagoon. The result is the same, with the mosa being attracted to the sound of Indy crashing above and dangling her tail over the edge. Mosa grabs Indy by the tail, and uses all its weight to pull her down into the water. No weird heroic music buildup, no weird money-shot of all 4 of them roaring at each other while the mosa leaps up. No staring contest between Rex and Blue. Rex just hobbles off and Blue is seen in the back by Owen hobbling off too after being bitch-slapped earlier. He’s thankful she’s alive, but doesn’t see her afterwards.

@@Betweentheraindrops8personally i was keeping this part in the too hard basket along with the raptors going traitor(which has the troubling implications that Owen taught them how rocket launchers work and that they fully understood such instruction lol). i totally agree, the rex should be much more menacing, its not a returned hero, its an animal it has killed and eaten people in the past, it'll do it again. the shooting could have had more effect in the fight. I just got the impression that Owen was literally just blasting away into the night sky. Could made it convincing that the bullets are hitting the thing, show some impacts, but the indo is moving and its really big and he does not do much immediate damage (yeah he'd caused some serious internal injuries and the indomituswill probably die, but nothing immediately debilitating as to interfere much with the fight, but do cause a distraction for the trex to deliver more immediately debilitating attacks such as crushing an arm to uselessness or ripping it off(age rating is a bit of a hard limit here as ever). You could also have blue sucseed in actually blinding or half blinding it too. That way by the time the mosasaur makes its enterance you have all 3 parties have had a satisfying amount of participation in the fight. The indo is pretty screwed but opts to fight on like the movie monster it was made as meaning that it mught die, but it might kill everyone else before it does. Then bam mosasaur. With the 2nd movie in mind i think one of the last scenes(I'd have cut the scene in the hanger in Costa Rica)need to be as they are leaving the island, and despite the horrors of that previous night Clare looks out and sees more importantly is seen to appreciate the majesty of the animals in their new found freedom on their island, whilst Owen head down, or towards their destination does not. You could also do something with the brothers.

The whole raptor pack turning on the team wasn’t actually bad for me. It was a fun surprise. How to explain it though...I’m not sure. How did she speak to the raptors, never having formed language with them before? Even humans who aren’t socialized won’t learn to speak with other humans. Kind of like Genie, the feral child. Indy would be Genie in this case. If maybe it was established that the raptors and Indy had their paddocks close enough to communicate for the last few years, maybe. It would’ve also been cool to see all 3 raptors in the end survive. Maybe while they’re fighting that’s when they all freeze, looking in the direction of Rexy as she walks down the dark tunnel to Main Street. Claire could’ve gotten around the raptors and Indy while fighting, or she could’ve thrown the flare at them and stayed perfectly still in the dark tunnel so Rexy didn’t see her and just followed the flare to where it landed. That way, Rexy comes out trying to scare them all off, and Indy makes the first move or loudest response...causing Rexy to focus on her instead of the raptors. As they fight, raptors try to avoid getting stomped and attack Indy’s flank, knowing she’s a bigger threat than Rexy. Once Rexy gets the upper hand, we have an all-out attack of a raptor pack and a rex all fighting to take down Indy, the raptors sticking to the outside as to not get trampled or holding on to the top of Indy. Then mosa comes in and finishes it. Coordinated inter-species attacks aren’t unheard today. The raptors are beat up, and give Rexy a wide berth as they walk around her. She eyes them as they do so. The 3 of them survive and take off into the jungle and Rexy walks off in the opposite direction.

I highly recommend checking out Klayton Fioriti’s interview about paleontological accuracy of the T. rex in JP with a paleontologist (I believe his guest was a paleontologist). He describes that T. rex was one of the only carnivores that wouldn’t stand down from a fight most of the time, although I don’t fully remember the quote. Okay, I am going to push back a little on this. With the pterosaurs. The I-Rex literally broke into their cage and started roaring and chomping at them. ANY animal capable of flight would’ve tried to fly away, and away, is also out through the hole in the aviary and away from their nests and stuff (seeing as most animals today leave their nest as soon as a predator gets to it, it’s not unlikely they’d abandon their nests also. As for the helicopter scene, it COULD be interpreted as them, not necessarily attacking it, but more like just running into it in their panic. And the end with the T-Rex fight can be explained if the Indominus had charged first (which I think she did). A T-Rex seeing another large carnivore charging it, would’ve prompted a charge and an attack too.

I agree with mostly everything within this video besides the final battle between Tyrannosaurus and Indominus. It seems this video completely ignores the fact that, all be it very short, there was evidence for Tyrannosaurus attempting to scare off the Indominus as she slowly approached hoping to bush Indominus back. I find the argument for a "realistic territorial dispute" between the two to be a rather mute point since, as explain in this very video, Indominus has no interest in territory nor backing down from fights but rather instigating those battles for its own want and need for death. Let's also keep in mind that the reasoning for predators choosing not to fight to the death but rather intimidate one another is also rather mute. There is loads of evidence to show that any carnivore when faced with another, regardless of species, is going to act hostile due to one important thing, competition. Tyrannosaurus itself is a good example as it is theorized to be highly territorial to others of its own kind and age due to the sheer amount of prey it would need to sustain itself. Let us also not forget about Majungasaurus, a Dinosaur that takes these points to the extreme by cannibalizing its own kind. Dinosaurs aren't bloodthirsty monsters, this much is true however, battles between carnivores are bound to happen especially when these carnivores are as big as most Theropod Dinosaurs. Bigger bodies means more food and territory which thus means more competition between individuals and the best way to stop competition is to kill the competitor. The only and best way for carnivores to avoid competition and likely death from one another is by evolving to sustain less sustainable niches within their ecosystem, a great example of this is Spinosaurus, one of the largest carnivorous Dinosaurs sustaining a semiaquatic piscivore niche. Spinosaurus had no need to compete with other carnivorous Dinosaurs besides the occasional acceptations and thus was generally able to live in relative peace.

Something to mention is the concept of territories. From Rexy's perspective, another apex predator has boundary stomped, invaded her territory, and challenged her. That could merit a response that goes past a threat display. I find it funny how Red Raptor gets the concept of dinosaurs being animals too, but balks at the idea of two animals attacking each other as soon as they are in range, because clearly that has never happened in the history of ever /s.
@carrott36
@carrott36 2 жыл бұрын
firstly, the majungasaurus evidence was likely just a scavenged meal or the killing of an sick/elderly dinosaur. Secondly, wouldn’t it be better for both creatures to mark their boundaries? At the very least, they wouldn’t fight to the death. Imagine, say, a giganotosaurus has invaded a t-rex’s territory (despite them living at different times and places, this is purely hypothetical). If they fight to the death, no one wins with both getting seriously injured. If they leave each other alone, then all goes well unless there isn’t enough food in the split territory. In that case, both dinosaurs would occasionally when necessary fight/threaten each other for a small amount of the territory, reverting back after a while once they’d had their share. This sort of back and forth ‘truce’ would go on for a while, until either one died of natural causes or took too long before making their threat displays. Here, they may go for a fight, but would likely be even more injured in their starving state and eventually succumb to their wounds. The other dinosaur wouldn’t go out of their way to finish them off, a few deep scratches and a bite mark or broken bone would likely spell game over for the attacker and it would be too risky to go further.
@alienstar2088
@alienstar2088 2 жыл бұрын
@@carrott36 The problem with your argument is you act as if Indominus Rex acts like a normal animal. Yes, in a realistic scenario with two large carnivores, they'd spread out their territory as to not compete with one another. However, Indominus Rex showed absolutely no signs of even making territory, she just went from location to location killing all over the island. She had no need for territory either due to her bloodlust or because, as stated in the film, she doesn't understand what she is and how to act. This is an animal that reacts to even the most basic of stimuli with violence because, that's all she has to protect herself from something she doesn't understand. She doesn't know how large carnivores are supposed to interact with one another or even how she's supposed to act as one herself, she didn't have a parental or even sibling figure to teach her and find comfort with. The only reason not all the Dinosaurs on the island are like this is most likely due to their deep seeded instincts that lays within their very genetic code. This instinctual code could've very well been terminated in the creation of Indominus Rex and possibly all hybrids from the films.
@carrott36
@carrott36 2 жыл бұрын
@@alienstar2088 Okay, it's just you said the best way to go about someone being in your territory is to kill them, which is wildly not true. Also, Rexy WAS a normal dinosaur. I'd have been perfectly happy if they'd roared at each other, then the indo begins to back off. Rexy, satisfied, turns her back to go back the way she came, maybe reaching out her head to snag Blue in a very intense scene, before the indominus launches herself back at Rexy. To make it then clear that indy wasn't trying to help blue, we can have maybe one of the other pack members alive at this point and she kills that one without a second thought.

@@carrott36 In response to Rexy being hyper aggressive, think about other animals that exist today. Lions will push out their young adults in order to preserve balance within the pride. They can do this knowing the young Lion lacks the experience and strength the adults do. Odds are, Tyrannosaurus could identify Indominus' age and, according to instinctual knowledge, perform the same action based upon that information. If you knew you were older, bigger and had more experience than your opponent than there'd be no reason to back down. They are a threat simply by existing. Imagine if a Tyrannosaurus allowed a younger rival to simply leave the territory, what if it came back when it was older and become twice as hard to take down? Threat displays are only used when both opponents are equal because that leads to equal chances of damage and death for both parties involved. The same risks are not given when there is a gap in age, sex, experience or even species. Whilst Tyrannosaurus wasn't a cannibal, it was most likely highly aggressive to it's own species when not a mating pair.

I believe when the i-rex broke into the pterosaur enclosure & started attempting to kill the pterosaurs, they panicked. when you panic, you tend to lose a bit of your critical thinking. the pterosaurs flew away because of the i-rex. & panicking probably made them attack the visitors of the park. EDIT: the t rex was confirmed to have attacked the i rex for territorial reasons, & that's about all I can say for confirmation. it's portrayed she was overwhelmed by the i rex's vicious nature. when blue attacks the i rex, the t rex starts using full force & slamming the i rex into buildings & shit. the indominus is not how a normal dinosaur would act. the t rex was trying to intimidate the indominus & attacked when she wouldn't back away

Anyway, whenever when the day comes that I truly understand, I’m sure I will still enjoy everything from the Jurassic franchise (even Fallen Kingdom) all though only two are good dinosaur movies, and that’s fine, you can be someone who wants truly fantastic movies, or just a good ride, I like to think I’m a bit of both, and it’s fine to just be one. 16:30-17:00 but that is what we're seeing. If you pay close attention to the initial confrontation, it opens with the t rex roaring and the I rex roaring in response, ending in the 2 roaring at each other. According to Camp Cretaceous, Rexy's territory on nublar is the main park, therefore, this is a territorial dispute. On top of this, after the 2 roar at each other, the I rex roars in response to their intimidations. Given an I rex can speak with t rex similarly to how it can speak and negotiate with raptors, the roaring before the fight is a message of "fck you" to the t rex. Given the initial roaring from both of them being equivalent to " Your last chance to negotiate," Rexy would take the I rex roaring as "welp, it was worth a shot" followed by the fight. The intimidation/negotiation was short, but it's there if you look for it.

It could be argued for the initial attack on the helicopter that the arkosaurs were panicking, and perceieved the large, loud and strange flying object as a threat. As for the attack in the park i have no defense for. But as others have mentioned, as for the Rex vs Indo, remember that Jurassic Park's universe is different from ours, and in the JP Universe, T. Rex is very territorial (see: LW Buck and Doe). Rexy starts out trying to scare the indominous off, before she's injured and realizes the indo is a genuine threat and not just a rival, at which point she fights with no holds barred.

“It would been better if the rex and the i rex try to scare each other off by roaring.” Expect that they do that in the movie, they roar at each other in two different scenes, I can’t defend the pteranodon scene but the rex vs I rex fight was good visually and meaningful, (not with the deepest meaning) I think that yes the I rex tried to subdue rexy like she did with the raptor but since rexy isn’t really a pack animal due to the fact she always live by herself, like Owen says in the movie both of them really never met a top predator before, plus in the canon I feel like the dinosaurs didn’t back up just for the simple reason that it may be their last shot to take the I rec down due to her almost invincible resilience, (she took a fucking ankylosaurus’s whip to the face, the same whip could have killed an adult rex, just saying) by the messages part I feel like it just a “nature fixing itself like in Godzilla, let them fight, some says that it’s a “old one always better” situation by letting the old rex win but blue and the mosa are new generations so I don’t know where that complain is coming from, thought I feel like your essay was well put through but not thought enough. Virtually all the inaccuracies of Jurassic Park/World's dinosaurs can be explained by the fact that those animals are not and never will be authentic dinosaurs. They are artificial, man-made creatures that required genes from modern day animals. This was fully fleshed out in the book, but not the films unfortunately. The T-Rex's movement based vision was the result of having foreign genes used to grow it. The sci-fi element of the story provides a perfect excuse that also leaves room for commentary. So honestly, for all intents and purposes, the Jurassic Park dinosaurs are all accurate enough imo. The story has never been about literal dinosaurs.

But this is a movie after all since you needs animals to act unrealistic for sake of tension, action and entertainment for the movie audience. Jurassic Park was no different to Jurassic World about animals acting like monsters. Here are some examples, T.rex smashing a tree through while chasing a jeep with no injury. The raptors hunting the kids when they already killed 2 people and even ignored a table full of food. Dilphosaurus playing peek a boo behind a tree and aswell it just "happens" to enter Dennis jeep with no explanation of how it got in there.

Thank you. It seems people forget that JP and JW are fictional entertainment movies and not dinosaur documentaries. If they all acted like realistic animals then the tension would deflate really quickly. The I-rex would've been killed early on, the pterosaurs would've scattered, the raptors wouldn't have "switched sides" and attack the soldiers, instead they'd likely try to get away from the danger for the sake of self-preservation and Blue's return at the final battle wouldn't have happened as she'd realize that the I-rex would be way out of her league. This isn't a fault of the movie, it's just the way it is. Action movies and war movies wouldn't be the same either if they followed realism. In 90% of action movies the hero would likely be dead after the first big fight for example.

They are portrayed as intelligent animals and intelligent animals tend to be really curious. The dilophosaurus scene isn't even a flaw. There was a good amount of time between Nedry stumbling up to the jeep and wiping his eyes for the dilo to get into the Jeep through an open window. And I am not even going to explain the scene with the T rex. Comparing these to all of the stupid shit that happens in Jurassic World is mindbogglingly dishonest. Y'know like the raptor teaming up with the T rex to take down the I rex for some reason.

@@saisameer8771 I wouldn't say dishonest. Saying I am being dishonest implies I wasn't being honest with my thoughts, whilst infact I was being honest with my own thoughts, which, perhaps weren't too well thought out. Thinking over your argument I do see your point and I even concede that I agree and was a bit ignorant in my original comment. It definitely seems like the francise has changed significantly from a more realistic view of intelligent, dangerous animals not used to/evolved to fear humans introduced into a foreign ecosystem because of human carelessness, wrecking havoc amongst unprepared survivors, to a more unrealistic, cheesy, dumbed down action/ sci-fi flick. (though luckily it never went as dumb/bad as the proposed original sequels to JP 2 and 3.) I think I was a little blinded by my love for the franchise as a whole, as I personally love every installment aside from 3. I can now definitely see the flaws and why more critical fans (especially fans of the original) would dislike the new direction of the JW series. However, I stand by my opinion that I still love the JW series of films, despite their flaws. I seperate the JP/JW series a lot from actual paleontological media. I recognize that JW is highly unrealistic, even compared to the original trilogy. Still, I love the movies and remain a fan of both series.

Dinosaur films and shows and shows like Jurassic park and Jurassic park and Jurassic world or the whole reason why I wrote my book Bandit’s Legacy. To give people a more realistic perspective on what these animals may have actually been like.

What do you mean dinosaur treated it’s animals like monsters? The Carnotaurus and the raptors both hung back against the larger herd and only picked off lone individuals. It’s part of the plot.

Quick heads up. I know you are referring to Dino Thunder but, I think that it would somewhat please you to know that in the Japanese version the Dino Zord are alive and are treated as animals at first until there intelligence is revealed.

To defend the pterosaur attack scene, there was some reasoning for it. Klaytons done a video about it, so give that a watch & maybe you wouldn’t feel & think the pterosaurs were attacking for no reason. Because they did had a reason to attack maybe?

I think the pteranodons and dimorphodons attacked the people because they wanted revenge like it's possible that they went under abuse before being put in the aviary and in Jurassic park 3 Alan Grant said that the raptors were smarter than primates which that might also be the case with the other dinosaurs and due to abuse they carnivores wanted revenge !

Perhaps the pterosaurs act so aggressive because they're inferred to be mistreated or abused? But at the same time they live in a huge dome with a natural landscape and we can assume plenty of space, though it may be pretty cramped. And maybe it's just the pterosaurs who are aggressive specifically because if there's one thing I know for sure, flying things are MEAN. But overall, general audiences still leave with the impression that prehistoric reptiles are incredibly dangerous, and bloodthirsty. And I am much, much happier with Jurassic Park 3's interpretation (both design, and behavior wise, I seriously love JP3 Ptera it's my favorite)

Out of all of three Jurassic world movies fallen kingdom cause it’s tone was more horror based and how it shifts to two different movies in one like the first half the end of Isla Nublar the end of the island that started it all and the fate of an endangered cloned extinct species and the other half a horror movie monster and a beginning of a new world of humans and dinosaurs coexisting there are some ideas and plot that isn’t fully fleshed out even with some characters but it’s the concept of it that makes it so fun to watch and the Indoraptor is my favorite hybrid dinosaur it was scary and cool I wish we got more of him and him using his abilities cause they never explore it at all and although it’s a prototype the fact that it was meant for war and it was kept in captivity where it couldn’t use it’s many skills cause it wasn’t in a open environment and wasn’t put on many field like test it would’ve been interesting if it survived to see if we could expand on people’s desire for using dinosaurs as weaponry with Indoraptor and instead of locus the main threat is a virus from dinosaurs made by Dodgson released onto the world and the Indoraptor has a gene in it’s blood to cure it and it still needs to be engineered with beta’s blood to it can more adaptive immunity to the virus to make a cure
