A very neutral, level-headed way of looking at the facts.

There no such limitation on fentanyl dosages for pain. You have to prove he intended to kill these people. So why would no one stop and say "hey, why does he need to much pain killers"? Nobody 2nd guessed him. He wasn't hiding it, like the juror said. I think they got it right. If he were convicted, then doctors everywhere would be very hesitant to give proper end of life care out of fear of prosecution/persecution.

The juror said the higher ups knew the pharmacist knew the nursing staff knew why isn’t everyone on trial…I’m not super versed in the case but if it was very high doses that’s tricky because terminal long term patients could have had a tolerance to the pain meds or the Dr could have known that amount would put them over the edge and could have been “taking it into his own hands. The juror was correct they should have had more details involved and I’d add they should be prosecuting the higher ups and others aswell if he’s guilty so are they.

You did the right thing brother. Sleep well at night. This Dr was just easing the suffering of his patients as they were in the process of dying. I would want the same for anyone I cared about, myself included... Much love y'all ✌️
