She's making them uncomfortable with all that eye contact, if I was on a jury and somebody kept looking at me nodding up and down while telling me straight up lies, I would feel disrespected.

I've testified many times in criminal trials and a half dozen depositions. I always smile somewhat blandly at the jury when you answer introducing questions. However, during direct or cross, I look at the jury when I answer. I don't eye lock anyone, but they're the ones the answers to the questions are for. I'm not saying you're wrong, rather that the jury knows when they're being gaslighted and their reaction to my methods are different than hers. I don't lie or exaggerate. I don't argue with the attorneys either. If they ask a question in a certain manner trying to twist the facts, I just answer straight up. Juries are hip to these silly maneuvers the attorneys try to pull and ultimately it hurts their case.

Agreed. That consistent direct eye contact is super intrusive--am really surprised no one advised her to revise that during the week-long break. (Beyond the fact that it comes across to anyone who has to deal with it -- on every single damned answer -- like an attempt at manipulation...and thus casts doubt on what she's actually saying.) Seems like a no-brainer.

In my experience as an operating room nurse who has seen many surgeries to straighten broken noses, she would have had to go to the emergency room and then to surgery. Usually the septum is deviated and has to be straightened with a “butter knife” instrument. Then an external split os placed to hold it in place. You just don’t “think” you broke your nose and not get an xray ro comfirm it. Plus where are her black eyes from it? She’s pathological.

When my brother sucker punched me and broke my nose years ago I did not get much bruising around the eyes, but then again it takes a lot to get my body to bruise. The doctor I saw said that they would not normally fix the broken nose unless there was difficulty breathing through it. Thankfully I did have difficulty, it was that bent out of shape. I was told that I would have to wait a couple of weeks so they could re-break the nose to set it in the correct position. This was in the late 90's so techniques may have changed since then. I also believe I was treated badly by some staff at the hospital because they go by the assumption that any guy with a broken nose did something to deserve it. I was not fighting my brother, just telling him he was not allowed his friends in after midnight as per the rules our mother set down before she went on a weekend break! Hospital staff should treat all their patients with respect unless there is a police officer guarding that patient because they are under arrest for a crime and got hurt while committing it or the patient is treating the staff badly!

I've broken my nose twice in my life and the amount of blood, seemingly instant blackeyes, swelling, sounding like I had the worst nasal congestion ever and having to visit an E.R. and then an ENT are what I vividly remember. ....and the pain for months...lots and lots of pain. I didn't want to move a muscle in my face or breathe because it hurt so much. There is no amount of makeup on Earth or Amica cream that would've been able to begin to attempt to remotely hide the bruising.

I was on the jury for a 2.5 week trial. One juror checked out when she sat down and wrote four words in the entire time. If this goes anything like the jury deliberations I sat on, you’ll get stonewall certain on guilt or innocence, a few with leanings and a couple that just want to go home and will just throw in the towel and side with the consensus. I don’t know how there’s not more disgruntlement from the jury, they’re enduring an S show. Heard probably would have had a much better case if she didn't testify because she's not sympathetic, believable, and apparently didn't think it was important to document her "abuse" in any consistent ways that would establish a pattern of abuse. After today, it seems to me that his drug and alcohol use, and his smash up behavior, which notably didn't involve violence when it was recorded, comes across as a response to his relationship with her, not as a preexisting issue prior to her appearance on the scene. I would note also that his ex-wife still trusts him to be in the care of their children on a regular basis, sent them to be with him when his mother died, etc so he doesn't have a history of domestic violence since none of his exes are lining up at the door to testify to it, which you'd think they would be, just to reignite their own careers and relevance. There's just a lot things you would expect to see here that aren't materializing

I despise Johnny Depp as a person, but even I don't believe for a hot second that he ever slapped that bitch around. And I honestly can't say that I wouldn't have myself, but I have a confrontational personality, and he definitely does not. It was apparent from their body language in their crappy apology to Australia video that she was beating the shit out of him. He was the one who would stiffen like he was bracing for impact when she would make hand gestures until it was his turn to do the talking and he went into his "I'm Johnny Depp" mode. I don't even remember how long ago that was, but if it was obvious then, it more than likely only got worse from there.

Honestly I don’t blame the jurors for not being able to look at her. Honestly I feel like some of them will need therapy after this trial because it’s just been hours and hours of narcissistic lying which is hard to bear. My only worry is that she’s being so unbearable they aren’t looking at her when she’s doing her terrible performances so they are only hearing her bad acting and not seeing it. Hopefully the fact that they can’t stand to look just means this is a slam dunk for Johnny.

Why do you think they hid the metadata of all those images. Those are legit just her resting her hand on her cheeks until they turn red then throwing some oversaturated filter over it to make the redness pop out. Half that and the other half is makeup, guess she couldn't be bothered applying multiple colors like black and blue like a real bruise would look like tho...💀

On the other side, they may not want to be distracted by her and only want to hear the evidence. Just a thought.

I’ve been following this case, and I don’t want to speculate on motive, but I can’t help but think AH has done all this because deep down she never wanted to get divorced. It seems to me that as soon as JD told her he was done and wanted a divorce is when AH started making abuse claims. In the audio we’ve heard, AH always seems to want to reconcile with him and is using her claims as blackmail. Just my thoughts.

Line of questioning. What is your morning make-up routine? Do you often leave the house without make-up? What time was your court appearance when you got the RTO against JD? Did you purposely not ware make-up when you went to court to apply for the RTO? Was it mandatory for you to appear in court for the RTO application? Were you given an option to leave the court from another exit other then the front door of the court through the media? Did you ask if there was another exit from the courthouse so you could avoid the media?

Camille crushed Amber on Cross. Amber literally threw her attornies under the bus! I loved it when Camille said, Ms. Heard Anwser the question. Amber talks about pledging not donating, and Amber tried to hit home on the pledge thing. Camille comes back straight at Amber matter of fact ,saying something like please answer the question, and I'm not asking you that question. Camille wasn't allowing Amber's excuse that she pledged ..which by the way is not donating. Wow, did Camille just lay into Amber. JD'S team hit home by showing all the clear pics of Amber with no injury. Camille even showed a video of a talk show with Amber herself in this talk show. Amber had no signs of injuries by the looks of it, and no still pics of any injuries of Amber on this show! Camille had several different pictures of Amber at different times, and in different countries.. showing no signs of injury. Camille basically knocked it out of the park today in court. Camille was killing it. Amber doesn't stand a chance against this younger attorney! Can't wait for the trial 8 hrs from now! Great show you guys! I enjoyed listening to your input on the case.
