Hi Crystal for this recipe I recommend only these measurements. However for a typical butter cookies this is the cup measurements I follow - 1/2 cup Sugar, 1 cup room temperature butter, 2 cups flour. Hope this helps. Take care x

There will be little difference. Go ahead and use it. It's just said to use unsalted in recipes so you don't mess up the salt content in the recipe and it is too salt. But it just depends on how salty your butter is. Just don't have salt to this recipe of it requires salt. The salt form your butter should be enough.

Hi Viera yes the proportion is 100g butter but in the video i was making double the quantity thats why 🥰 I don’t think people usually make so many biscuits at ones so I gave a minimum proportion. I was bulk baking for some kids 🥰

You measurements don't make sense in the video u say u used 100g of butter then in the comments u say u used 250g, I I used 250g and the dough is very sticky
