If you have broccoli and cheese make this for breakfast or any time of day. It`s so simple and delicious! #breakfast #healthy
Ingredients:
1 1/4 cup all purpose flour
1 cup shredded cheese
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 cup cornstarch
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/4 cup water
Instructions:
Combine flour, water, salt and baking soda in mixing bowl.
Allow dough to rest for 10 minutes.
Cut dough into 4 pieces. Roll into ball shape.
Mix flour and cornstarch.
On a floured surface roll each dough piece to approx; 8" in diameter.
Layer the four, then cover with parchment paper and roll again.
Gently separate each piece.
Cut broccoli into very small pieces.
Brush each rolled out dough with extra virgin olive oil
(or butter)
Add broccoli and cheese.
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Transfer to preheated pan and cook each side for about 8 minutes.
***cornstarch makes the flour coating crispier.
