A lot of meat and pork options if you're not big on fish. Fast food places like sukiya, matsuya, or yayoiken will have you covered for cheap.

I know that when you are born in a place you think everything is normal, but my dream is to go to Japan and I would spend HOURS and HOURS just sitting in one spot enjoying the city's urban life. Been there a week ago. Pretty crowded even on weekdays. The Tobu discount pass from Ikebukuro is convenient and Tobu staffs were very nice. Definitely worth to spend a day there.
