Just a few ingredients and 30 minutes! I can cook them at least 2 times a week!
Square milk buns.
Milk rolls for tea!
RECIPE for square buns.

250 ml warm milk.
40g sugar.
5 g dry yeast.
Mix everything well.

40 ml vegetable oil.
Mix everything together.
Sift 550 g flour.
5g salt.
Add flour in parts.
Knead the dough with a spatula.
Sprinkle the table with flour.
Place the dough on the table.
Knead the dough with your hands.
Form the dough into a ball.
Grease a bowl with vegetable oil.
Place the dough in a bowl.
Cover the dough with cling film.
Let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
The dough turned out well.
Sprinkle the table with flour.
Place the dough on the table.
Press the dough down with your hands.
Roll the dough into a roll.
Divide the dough into 9 parts.
Form each piece of dough into a ball.
Cover the dough balls with a kitchen towel.
Leave the dough on the work surface for 10 minutes.

Roll out the dough ball with a rolling pin.
Dough diameter 20 cm.
Divide the dough into 8 parts.
Fold each piece of dough.
Fold the dough like I did.
Press the edges of the dough together with a wooden stick.
Press the dough.
Form a bun.
Repeat after me.
Do the same with the remaining dough.
It's very easy.
Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
Cover the rolls with a kitchen towel.
Leave the rolls in a warm place for 30 minutes.
Mix the egg yolk with 1 spoon of milk.
Brush the rolls with a mixture of egg yolk and 1 tablespoon milk.
Bake the rolls in an oven preheated to 180°C for 20-25 minutes.
The buns are ready!
The rolls turned out very nice!
The buns are fluffy and soft!
These rolls are great for tea and coffee!
Delicious!
Super soft and easy buns!
You can fill these rolls with any filling you like after baking!
