Lovely recipe! There ARE beginners watching who’ve never even boiled water🤦‍♀️so this is good for them as well! Your speed and timing is fine but for us older experienced cooks/bakers only thing we need is a one shot. Meaning; if you have more than one of an item do just the one and state duplicate the rest! Whenever, I have too much, I freeze my bread, take out what I need, other thing is freeze may be two or three raw, uncooked doughs can go to freeze after second proofing, take one out as in need and then bake, but lot of work to bake one, just freeze the cooked bread, easier. Tx. 🍞🍞🇨🇦☮️
