Teal, many years ago, I rode a donkey at the camp I was staying at with my troop. He was the oldest & slowest. We brought up the rear, until we came back to the barn, & by golly George, he let the lead out & flew past everyone to get to the barn. My Mother , no way, stayed behind. My Father did get Mom up on the back of his work horse, only to get a picture. That was before I was born. I'm 64 in a few months & I would love to go on a sleigh ride in the country & sit by a fire sipping hot cocoa. Enjoy your videos, & love your views. Beautiful places you get to see. Thank you & Lihn for sharing those with me. I was worried for you oast video, 'til I re-watched it a few times, & read the comments. I couldn't fall asleep. All I could think of were you folks & Compass. Emma doesn't know the theme song to Gilligan's Island does she? hehe ........"the weather started getting rough.....the tiny ship was tossed....."

Happy birthday Emma.. you and your mom look alike so much you're becoming almost impossible to tell apart sometimes .. looked like you had some fun and great food and a birthday cake shared with your best friend.. I liked your drawing on the abalone ..wish I could draw.. I'm glad you didn't ride that donkey .. he was one big donkey..but he looked very happy to have some of attention. I thought we might hear your violin play happy birthday for us ...you. what a diff a few days ago you were in hurricane weather and were playing my fav little Irish drinking tune Emma it reminds me of .. glad you made it out of the way enough that was intense and I didn't see anyone having a lifejacket on.. I did hear compass bark out to Linh to put one on or walk the plank cause she hasn't learned to swim yet..everybody should have slept with one on with that piece of shipwreck out there and compass on double night watch...but the weather cleared up in perfect time for your birthday like it was suppose too..what a nice behaved hurricane.. if you saved me a piece of that cheese cake Emma 🎂 I'll swim out there as soon as I get back from music practicing.. I was on my way there last time and had to swim for my life to get away from those water goblins hoping to see if they could catch me before I grabbed my 🎸 ax and learned how to swim pretty darn fast real fast. But glad to have seen you play to a catch to a titanic movie slash two hour tour even though in a hurricane.. next time you make sure everbody has their vest on and not hanging off the rails of the boat...I think I would have been able to swim there to rescue Linh from Davy Jones locker in the nick of time but compass would have had to back me up Poppin those goblins out of that water..and you would have had to handle a dingy or no one woulda been going anywhere it looked like .. everyone is safe and compass so so much for that little creshendo leading up to your birthday thank God... next time in hurricane waters compass is gonna sound the alarm and everyone is gonna stay down in the cockpit. I'm getting to old to go out for a swim. Don't get old Emma , you know you're getting old when your back goes out at night more than you do . I think you definitely looked beautiful on your birthday and I think you and your mom should become the prettiest mother and daughter modeling stars with matching shades so no one could tell you apart apart from teal.. Happy birthday again. I'm bringing over a few more candles for your next birthday Emma for you to try and blow out . 😂 The only problem it may take a year to swim there but I'll be there just in time .. can't miss the birthday of the future world's best violinist

Just know you are not alone, Teal, in your view of riding animals. I rode a horse in about 1964 and it bit me. I rode another one in about 1974 and it ran away with me. I haven't been on one since. I think I would like to ride an elephant though. 😎
