I can agree that Luthor would be resentful of Norrin and point out his hypocrisy of being a pacifist by serving Galactus but other than that Norrin is not an Earth hero.

As Lex is the leader/founder of the Legion of Doom in several continuities. I think Lex would have quite the easy time taking over a secret organization like Hydra or AIM. I could see him using them to shape world events in his favor and grant himself more power. Lex in Marvel could be incredibly terrifying to anyone he has a problem with.

I see Lex Luthor being an Iron Man villain due to his under handed business practices and Stark Industries would be Lexcorp's biggest rival, and I personally believe Tony to be the superior engineer overall in fact Lex would definitely be more of a nemesis to the the science based heroes in Marvel as he would have way more competition and would be more threaten by the genius characters like Reed Richards, Hank Pym, Obviously Tony Stark and Black Panther not to mention villains like Dr. Doom and Norman Osborn as I always feel Marvel geniuses was just slightly above DC.

The dynamic between The King Pin (Wilson Fisk) and Lex Luthor would be interesting do to their similarities as evil cut throat business men. Lex's and Mephisto wasn't mentioned though I think that this would be way more interesting because Lex's isn't afraid to do deals with the devil (as he did with Neron in DC)… it would be interesting to see what happens with Mephisto…. just my thoughts.

I think the most interesting quarrel between these two is that Lex recognises that people will stop solvong their own problems if superman solves them instead. There us an interesting philosophy/religious joke where there is a flood and a guy is on a roof praying, the water rising. A rescue boat comes past. Boat- "Sir come with us" Man- "no, God/SUPERMAN will save me" Boat- "sir the water is rising" Me- "if i pray hard enough god will save me" The boat moves on and still the man keeps praying. The water is rising faster now. And another boat comes along it is almost full. Boat- "Sir please come with us" Man- "No, if God wishes me to survive he will save me himself" Boat- "Sir, we are the last boat, if you stay you will die" Man- "only if the lord wishes it. And i have prayed in devote to the lord. The boat moves on and the water rises still The man prayes harder until he drowns and goes to heaven. The man is a little annoyed and confused and says to God. "Why did i deserve to die, My lord. Why not save me from my watery fate" God raises an eyebrow, even more confused than the man. "My child, you were a good man. You didn't deserve the fate, you instead chose this for yourself... i sent you 2 boats". A similar depiction is seen in BvS where people are painting the S symbol on their roofs relying on superman instead of other human rescuers. But what if rescuers come for the people and they refuse to go with them since they feel its safer to wait for superman, ignorent to the fact that superman is the one who told the rescuers where they were. Superman is a metaphor for god.

For me, Lex Luthor would need an alien to call 'enemy'. Thor and Hercules are too easy. Gotta stretch far back and pull the Kree soldier Mar-Vel out of his cancer induced forever sleep. Captain Marvel, an alien who was sent here as part of a scouting mission, fell in love with the world and thusly betrayed his fellow Kree if it meant protecting Earth. Luthor and Mar-Vel would make superb adversaries.

This was fun. Thinking about Lex Luthor as an X-Men villain is really scary for the mutants. However I think you are underestimating Dr. Doom. It's true Luthor may not care for Doom but if Luthor tries to conquer Earth Doom will care about Luthor. I don't know many Luthor's feats (besides he is capable of fighting Superman with a Kryptonite powered suit), but Dr. Doom has faced against nigh omnipotent beings, and defeated them (the Beyonder, the Marquis of Death, The whole Beyonder race), all of whom would beat Superman.

Doom is my favourite super villian, I just feel that he's already got Richards to contend with, and so would be split in time management while Luthor wouldn't have such a rivalry. Luthor has comparable showings, having taken control of 5-D Imps, the philosophers stone and recently the creator of the entire DC multiverse. Limiting his wins to just Superman would be like limiting Doom to just the FF

Ah hah! Luthor shaves his luxurious red locks off after a psychic, presumedly Xavier, intrudes into his mind. He does this so his own telepathy blocking helmet would have a better seal to his pate. He only keeps the helmet for an issue or two before realizing it’s inefficiency and creating a pair of implantable chips that do a better job. He keeps the bald head afterwards however due to realizing how much of a power move it is.

He claims that he could bring about utopia if he had time to (which was confirmed he did in the future). Thats a Reed Richard kind feat just much more better. I'd say Dr. DOOM is a more interesting candidate. Doom can have an upper hand over Lex because of magic but if Lex and Vic were in the same universe, Lex would've achieved the beyonder's powers and HOTU before Vic and Thanos. (Lex obtained Anti Life equation and proved being a 12th level intellectual by feat, unlike Reed who was just assumed to be so that too by Tony Stark who isn't one). I'd say Lex would win because Lex and Vic have a different approach to studying and learning a subject. Vic goes from one subject to another. He spends all the time possible to understand a thing and its all research on it and nothing else. But Lex first assimilates all the information available and then hires scientists to study them and studies their work and expands upon it by research when required. And for cosmic things Lex works on them themselves. So in a race between Lex, Reed and Vic Lex would win because of his manner of study. It's quiet possible that Lex would have hired Reed, Amara, Henry McCoy, Peter Parker and all who are in it. you

I'm assuming that you mean Victor Von Doom. Dr Doom isn't limited by time though, he is capable of time travel both with his technology (he invented the original time travel machine in Marvel U, as a teenager) and with his magic. He often travels in time learning lost magic that even Strange doesn't know. He often travels to the future to understand how to stop potential apocalyptic scenarios. One time he prepared for millions of years, millions, to stop the Marquis of Death, an omnipotent being capable of destroying a whole universe at will, at the endDr Doom pulled it off and killed him.

@@33amra33 currently lex can manipulate every force in the multiverse and also manipulate space time like it's his daily chores and he also has a martian physiology. He would basically make Victor feel helpless and hopeless. And by the way, there are more forces in DC than in Marvel that includes speed force, still force and something that also increases strength and mental prowess. Lex would make both Reed and Victor feel both outclassed and way outmatched.
