Just oatmeal and banana! I've been sugar free for a year! I lost 15 kg!
1 cup oatmeal.
240ml water.
2 eggs.
A pinch of salt.
1 tablespoon stevia sweetener.
Vanilla.
2 bananas.
1 tablespoon cocoa powder.
1 teaspoon baking powder.
1 tablespoon coconut flakes.
Bake at 180°C for 30 minutes.
1 cup oatmeal.
1 banana.
1 apple.
1 egg.
vegetable oil.
Fry for 2-3 minutes on each side.
30 pistachios.
Decorate with melted chocolate.
